"Very quick on finishing project. Was higher bid than other submits and was expecting higher quality structure. Mainly moved up to 6x6 cedar posts for the acceptance of heavy duty hinges to reduce gate sag. Also did a standard build to gate where I feel a triple rail boxed gate would of alleviated the strength and sag issues. Reason for drop of a star. Miscommunication as to expectations with this project. I needed to be more direct to Troy on what was expected. Great job for what was accomplished. Drop of a star mostly due to Gate Sag and will have to be re-worked within a year to address construction issues but, overall the intoxicating smell of fresh cedar can't be enjoyed enough. Thx Troy."

Him and his team of professionals not only fixed the original issue (rotted out post holding up stairs) but also went above and beyond by fixing the railing and because he said it was a quick fix included it in the original bid without increasing our cost. We re currently working to set up a carport and other metal work projects with him and his team. He does great work, cleans up after himself, and gives fair upfront clear pricing and invoicing.
