Thanh Vo, the inspector was very professional, thorough, and efficient. He took the time to explain every part of the mold and mildew inspection process and testing both inside and outside the house. The lab reports came back quickly, were easy to interpret and gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend Axium Inspections.

Appointment time was for arrival of professional between 8am-11am. The professional arrived at 11:05am without any notification during the 3 hour window of ACTUAL arrival time. Some advance notification or an update prior to arrival time would have been MUCH appreciated.

They did a great job at the lowest price, but now I'm being barraged with emails asking me to pay for my test, which I've already done (i gave the check to the driver as was originally requested) and asking me to get my test results, which I've already gotten. But for some reason they keep on harassing me with emails. This also seemed to be the case when I called customer service. The right hand didn't seem to know what the left hand is doing.
