Danny’s team was a dream to work with—they safely packed LOTS of precious tchotchkes, ceramics, and art. They kept in close contact as they packed and then traveled across the country with our complete household. The weather was frightfully cold and treacherous but they safely delivered it all, placing everything where we wanted. Their friendly, caring attitude coupled with their extreme competence and major packing skills ticked all the boxes for a perfect moving experience. Don’t hesitate to call Christy to schedule your next move

  • Little Guys Movers
My family and I hired Little Guys Movers for a move from Fort Collins to Windsor at the end of May 2021. We got 4 bids total for the move and picked Little Guys because they seemed professional, kind and that they would take care of our personal items. I also liked how they bid in that it was by item moved, not by number of rooms or some other loose bid that you have no idea where they got their price from. They called to confirm the appointment, called 20 minutes prior to showing up and were very quick and courteous. The reason for the low rating was that when I went into the garage to check on their progress, I noticed the antique dresser we had in there was severely damaged. When I approached one of the movers and asked what happened, he said they hadn’t touched the dresser yet. When I went to show my wife, which the dresser was from her side of the family, she was furious and approached the mover again and got him to confess that they did in fact try to move the dresser and dropped it. Since it was damaged beyond anything we would want to repair, and Little Guys charges per item, we decided to donate the dresser to our neighbor’s son. Once we got moved in, we reached out to Little Guys and asked to file a claim for the item. After about a week, a gentleman called me and said they would like to try and have the dresser fixed. I told him we donated it to our neighbor and that we would be willing to negotiate a settlement with them. I called back several times, leaving a message each time asking them to accept our offer. Finally another guy, JD I believe, called me and tried to argue that the dresser was damaged prior to the movers trying to load it onto the truck. We went back and forth and finally he asked why did we donate it if it was so important to my wife and her family? I told him it was beyond repair and would never be the same and didn’t want to pay $50+ to move it to the new house. So, he also said if anything they would have liked to try and repair it first. I finally gave in, said ok, I’ll call our neighbor and let them know you will be by to pick it up to repair and bring it to the new house when done. He then refused to do that saying he didn’t believe his guys were the ones that damaged it. He then offered to split the cost of repairing it and I refused. The call ended with him refusing to take the blame for the damage and yelling at me. Once I got off the phone and spoke to my wife about the call, she said she actually had photos of the dresser from a few weeks prior because she was looking into cost to restore it. In the pictures it shows the dresser completely intact with no damage. I sent an email to Little Guys with those pictures attached as proof and never got a response. My wife then called them 5 times leaving messages each time and never got a response. It looks like we will be going to small claims court to resolve this

  • Movemasters
From the time I first called Movemasters, they were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. Damian, in the main office, was extremely helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process. We had already moved most boxes, but needed special care for our furniture. The team sent to do our move - Derek, Dan C, Tom, Owen, and James - introduced themselves, shook our hands, answered every question, and never grumbled at any changes we made in furniture placement or other requests. Their customer service training showed, and it made all the difference. When they did not have a piece of equipment they needed to move one of our antiques, Derek called the Movemasters office, and a rep was at our home with what he needed within an hour. When they accidentally scratched our refrigerator door, Damian indicated they would replace it, and they did - promptly- and even sent a serviceman to install the new one! I have since referred several others to Movemasters, and will continue to do so

Moving is never fun, and watching your precious belongings go out of your house into a truck is a leap of faith. Believe me, you should trust your next move to Movemasters. The crew arrived on time, and actually sprinted from the truck to our apartment on each trip. They were efficient, clearly expert in moving, neat, helpful, friendly, and yes, fun to work with. We had a couple of pieces of challenging furniture to move and they were able to figure things out so that the move was completely successful. They even stopped at ARC along the way to donate a piece of furniture for us. When all was said and done, the estimate was right on target. I would not hesitate to recommend Movemasters, and will absolutely use them again (if we're crazy enough to move again). The other reviews are accurate. These guys are the best in Denver

  • Movemasters
We were very happy with Movemasters! They sent a representative to our house for an estimate. Their estimate was lower than other companies and their final billing was actually less than their preliminary bid. They kept in contact with us prior to the move and on moving day, they arrived on time. The entire crew was professional and worked efficiently. The crew worked non-stop, had a great attitude, were very conscientious and were very careful with our belongings. We have moved many times and this company is one of the very best we have encountered. Our belongings were stored at their facility during August and their climate controlled (their warehouse has air conditioning and heat by the way) warehouse kept our contents in perfect condition. We highly recommend Movemasters for moving and for storage

  • Movemasters
We called for an estimate and a manager came to the house to ensure that we had enough men and trucks to do the job. The crew came on the day of the move, took all the things to the trucks, wrapped anything that needed to be wrapped and unloaded it well.
