They did not get the job right the air conditioner they installed has never worked they can't seem to fix it they have not showed up three times this is the worst company ever do not go to these people

We have been using this excellent company for over 20 years and would highly recommend them. Our recent installation of a new Rheem furnace and AC reinforced our confidence in this excellent company. Though there were a few hiccups in the installation, I received the most courteous and concerned assistance one could hope for when purchasing and installing expensive and important equipment. Thank you for our new system! With a shout out to all those who went above and beyond: Troy, Jensen, Trystan, Keenan, Daran, Craig, A'lan, Brandon, Sol, Agnes, and everyone else that showed up. You were a great comfort and helped make this installment a success!

Gas Heating and Furnace Service
Heating was not working. Nate came in and did a furnace tuneup and installed a thermostat I purchased. He pointed out some important warn parts that i also ordered. Nate was very professional, capable, diligent polite and unassuming. We highly recommend him.

Nate was knowledgeable, professional and kind! He explained the process, took care of our HVAC tune up and provided excellent customer service- five out of five stars! We are planning to hire them for additional services in the future .

They will nickle and dime you while over charging for their services they offer. They keep suggesting other repairs that have nothing to do with the problem I called them for. They also won't stop trying to sell you things that you don't need really need. I won't be using there services ever again.

They canceled 2 appointments before they showed up. Last time I had a drain cleaned it was $90. This time it was $390. The one good thing is the guy they sent knew his business and did a good job

This was annual maintenance- not repair. Service tech was so courteous and explained everything he was doing and why. He helped educate me on life expectancy for certain parts and what things could be done proactively and what things could be postponedâ ¦ There was no sense of him upselling me or rushing me or cutting corners to get to the next appt. I was left with future options to consider- but without pressure - And given an approximate price for those choicesâ ¦ The service tech was respectful towards my home and myselfâ ¦ I feel really good about having an ongoing relationship with ARS.

The service technician, David, sat outside for about 20 minutes. Then was very rude and condescending once he came inside and i explained what the problem was. He said I had programmed the system, because it certainly doesnâ t program itself. I told him he was being rude and i didnâ t appreciate it. He continued to explain the issue with my system and made the required corrections.

Daniel was awesome. I didnâ t have to wait long. He was quick to assess the problem and was up front about the price. He determined that the issue didnâ t require snaking the drain to fix and he didnâ t try and charge me for something I didnâ t need. I would definitely recommend this company and I am saving their number.
