"I want to thank Jacob Tryon for selling me my Provia windows and sliding glass door. I want to thank the crew that installed them: Lorenzo, Ernesto, Pablo, Jonathan and Edgar. The crew removed and replaced 9 windows and a sliding glass door in 1 day! I also want to thank the 2 gentlemen that came and replaced the stucco, painting and replacing of my bars on my home. All the way through the whole process I was pleased with the professionalism. Everyone answered all my questions along the way. My Provia windows have more features then I knew. "Mediocre quality at best. Scratched refinished wood due to lack of a helper, uneven spacers that should have been painted before installation, they will dry rot quickly without protection. Uneven spacers, misdrilled or missing screws. Bent screws just left sticking out. Screws puncturing finished side just left sticking out. This is a million dollar house what a dissappintment."
