"The work was completed in a timely manor and overall looks good, during the project Gabe tried to change the scope many times, but ultimately did stick to our quote. Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. I contacted Gabe to give him an opportunity to make it right but he did not respond in any capacity. Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."

But with Behold I had a personal direct text from them asking about my situation and all I had to do was give some info send in pictures and voilà! They gave me their quote(2300$) which also beat all the company’s(3k$+) I had heard from! They had a tech out to me ASAP. It almost could’ve been same day but I was in no rush. Hunter came in and did it all him self of removal of old and installing new in just two hours! They are great to work worth and will definitely recommend and go to again."

"I had a bad experience with a small landscaping project along our side yard. Communication was dismal - the person directing the project was inconsistent in his contact, and when I called to discuss some issues still to be addressed, I had to call the office twice (calls a week apart) in order for him to get back to me. In placing the plants and the walkway, the team that did the work was not supervised or told where to place the chosen plants, resulting in poorly placed plants for the locations. Pea gravel on a slope that I was told would be sprayed with a fixative was not sprayed. When I brought this to their attention, I was told it wasn't necessary, even though they were the ones who had suggested it originally. The worst problem was that in the course of planting the new plants, the team dug up the sprinkler lines, then laid them on top of the landscape fabric with loose mulch over the lines. When I asked to have them come back and rebury the lines, they simply cut the landscape fabric, pushed the lines under the fabric and spread the mulch again. The sprinkler lines are still not buried in the ground like they were. I'm still dissatisfied with the work."

They had to cut pavers around two curved concrete areas. The paver cuts for this were outstanding. The rock they initially installed, did not match our existing rock. They indicted the existing rock would be matched the best they could, but it really looked bad and had small gravel pieces within it all over. Our existing rock was from 3/4 inch to 1 1/2 inch in diameter. After contacting the owner about this issue, she made a special trip to look it over and agreed it did not match. The owner fixed the issue by removing the rock that was installed and bringing in rock that was all 1 1/2 inch thick and a better color match. We really appreciated that the owner was willing to fix this for us at no additional charge. We have worked with some businesses that are not willing to correct their mistakes. This company did and went above and beyond to fix it. We highly recommend Rocky Mountain Snow Removal and Landscape."
