I had a bad experience with a small landscaping project along our side yard. Communication was dismal - the person directing the project was inconsistent in his contact, and when I called to discuss some issues still to be addressed, I had to call the office twice (calls a week apart) in order for him to get back to me. In placing the plants and the walkway, the team that did the work was not supervised or told where to place the chosen plants, resulting in poorly placed plants for the locations. Pea gravel on a slope that I was told would be sprayed with a fixative was not sprayed. When I brought this to their attention, I was told it wasn't necessary, even though they were the ones who had suggested it originally. The worst problem was that in the course of planting the new plants, the team dug up the sprinkler lines, then laid them on top of the landscape fabric with loose mulch over the lines. When I asked to have them come back and rebury the lines, they simply cut the landscape fabric, pushed the lines under the fabric and spread the mulch again. The sprinkler lines are still not buried in the ground like they were. I'm still dissatisfied with the work.

BUYER BEWARE!! The experience with Westside Grounds has left me a lost for words really. The processes started with an initial quote for the full scope of the project. The scope of the project included cleaning and removing of all dead limbs, leaves and shrubs. Also included trimming of trees for a fence line. The way the quote was presented to myself it was made me to believe it included the full scope of the project. I accepted the bid. Angi and the other gentleman came out to the property on time and did the work while I was at work. When I arrived home I was stunned to find trash still in the yard and half of the yard not touched in the back yard and nothing complete in the front. The office said that there was only 11 hours allocated to the job. Which was not stated on the bid and that they would need to charge another $1,100 to finish what they said they would do in the first place. I am worried others will go through this nightmare. PLEASE DO NOT USE WESTSIDE GROUNDS.

Westside Grounds did a great job installing a sprinkler system and completely restoring my front and back yards. Everyone I dealt with was patient and knowledgeable. I am very happy my rep. made recommendations that resulted in a better end result than what I would have achieved thinking it through myself. The crew were fantastic and the job took them no time at all. I was able to get this large project scheduled very quickly, too. Thank you to everyone at Westside Grounds and look forward to doing business again with you soon.

Exceptional. Their mower broke a sprinkler head and they responded immediately to repair damaged sprinkler head.

This is the second year we've contracted for our association. Over-all really great and if we have issue they are quick to correct. I would recommend. They have done such good work the last two years we likely will hire them for snow removal as well.

They come once a week. We are using them at a commercial property. They have done extra services. I can call them and they can weed or spray pesticide, what ever I want them to do. They are very accomodating to do other services besides what we have contracted them for.

We have two very active malamute males.  This lawn service company takes great care of the lawn and takes care to lock the gate!  We love the service and the dogs love the technicians.  Great Company!  Been with them five years.

They did fine when they were out here.  The problem for me, is that they came out  twice in October.  It seems to me that they just wanted to get the treatments in so I could be billed.  My lawn certainly didn't need to fertilized and sprayed for weeds twice in one month.  I won't be using this service next year.  I do take some respondsibility because I let them into my backyard, I just wasn't thinking at the time.

He charged me for mowing three large yards, I paid for one large yard mowing plus $9 more for taking the grass clippings.

We needed 6 sprinkler heads fixed.  We called and got an appointment one week out.  We were told they would be at our house from 3:30 - 5:00 (Not show up some time between those times.).  My husband left work to make sure he was home AND we had dinner plans.  The "crew" of one guy showed up 3 hours late and said, "I'll see what I can do with my limited supplies."  Eventually another guy showed up to help, but they ended up needing to use two sprinkler heads my husband had in the garage.  One guy walked all around with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. They did fix the sprinkler heads, but my husband had to help and be with them the whole time.  It took them 2 hours.  They did discover that we have a broken pipe somewhere, but need to come back to fix it.  I don't really have that kind of time or patience to have them back.
And my husband missed all of dinner and time with our company.  
I am not happy with the service at all. 
We haven't been billed yet, but we better not be charged for the 2 sprinkler heads we gave them.  I'm sure they will try.

They are a pro; they do everything that you need done for your lawn and trees. What I am disliking right now is they are so busy right now that their response time to return calls, emails, and their communication in general, is not the best. I have them scheduled to do basic yard maintenance every three weeks. Then I have them do some other little projects around the yard. Then I had them install a sprinkler system.

They are very professional.  One of their young technicians played with a timer for a soaker house without telling me that it would no longer work as programmed, but that was easy to fix.  I would use them again anytime.

Done on time, on budget and with good notice as to delays caused by rainfall.

They arrived on time, didn't make any messes while they worked, and completed the job quickly.  Furthermore, they charged a reasonable price, and we have no complaints.

Everything was fine.  They did the job as promised, and I had no issues with the work.
