"The quote and contract had what job was being done if you had more questions they were answered as you asked also the quality of the materials we use severe weather treated wood which is high quality if you wanted something different you should have told me when you asked and I told you the type of materials we use but you said that was fine so now you say the quality is not good I'm sorry but I'm not understanding you complaints when we went over everything before the job started so this honestly makes no sense to me. when the job was done you where asked if everything was ok and if you where happy with the results you said everything was good and you liked it and yes if you wanted it done a different way at the end you should have said something the things you wanted corrected were corrected we cannot control the wood if it is cracked as I had told you with the rain that happened we were told that all the wood got wet and cracked so I'm sorry but that is out of our control that is how the wood is other then that I was always in contact with you as I am with all my customers you are the first person we have ever had that is not happy supposedly after the fact but you could not speak when we were there so we could figure something out I always let you know when the crew was heading that way and communicated thru out the day with you I'm sorry you are feeling like that all of a sudden but this could have been taken care of at the time of work I have all the messages and voice calls and you where fine and happy with the work at the end of the job so it makes me think why all of a sudden you are saying this and are not happy now. AND ON TOP OF THAT WE DID YOUR FENCE AND YOUR NEIGHBORS AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY COMPLAINTS FROM THEM WHEN THE JOB WAS JOB EVERYONE WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK."
