The job required removing all the old galvanized piping and some of the old clay drain pipes. The place now has great water pressure and everything drains as it should. I would have been responsible for replacing all that drywall afterwards, at unknown expense. Flatirons was able to drill a hole in the wall, with no other drywall damage. I docked one star for professionalism, because they tracked mud on my floor and did not clean it up."
