"They let us know they were no longer in the gutter business. Called a few days in advance to set up a time to do the insulation. They were late and called at 4:45 in the 3:00-5:00 PM window to tell us their truck broke down and they'd be late. Blew in the insulation but didn't coordinate with the roofer about additional sofit vents or put in baffles where the new vents should be added. It was very difficult to communicate with the workers because only one could speak a little english. If all you need is some insulation blown it this company is OK.

"Sean was great from the beginning, he was receptive by email and phone and was able to come out and do an energy audit and show us areas which we needed to improve in addition to the attic insulation before giving a detailed quote. We decided to go ahead with the insulation of the attic as well as insulating the rooftop skylight. Sean and his team arrived on time and protected the wood floors as well as vaccuming when they were done. They were thorough but worked quickly to get the job done so we could get back to work. He showed us pictures of the space before and after as well as installing rulers on the walls to make sure the depth of insulation is clear for anyone who goes up into the attic. In addition, his team insulated the attic hatch and the rooftop skylight. "Remcon did a great job cleaning our home's extensive crawlspace, performing the work in exact conformance with the estimate provided beforehand. First the Remcon team set up a negative pressure environment by tenting the section of hallway between the crawlspace entrance and an exterior door and running a fan to HEPA-filter and exhaust dust generated during the cleaning. They removed stored items, wiped them down, and staged everything neatly in our garage for relocation. They spent at least four hours cleaning the crawlspace as well as sealing small exterior gaps that permitted rodent access and removing fouled insulation. Once the cleaning was done, they installed plastic liner over the entire area. It was a big job and the Remcon team did careful and thorough work the whole way. Afterward, the foreman walked me around the house, explaining exactly what work they performed and how we should maintain it in the future. This is a very conscientious and professional company. Two thumbs up!"

"After the spigot burst, I disconnected the main water and called Pro Serve. They were able to get someone out within an hour. The technician was here for a couple of hours, fully repaired the problem, and totally insulated the spigot to prevent this from happening again in the future. I was so relieved by their quick response time and to have my water back even in the cold weather. This is the fifth time that I have used them for plumbing and appliance installation. They are very good and I would not use anyone else."

"John and his workers are outstanding. John stepped in and quickly refinished my basement after it had flooded. They quickly finished the complete project that included a bedroom, bathroom, office, and theater. The theater included a custom, one of a kind, set of built in shelving that took advantage of previous dead space. The main front of the shelving swings, all ten feet of it, open to reveal more shelving behind it. A new IKEA bathroom vanity was installed that created a need for updating the tiling. John adapted his plan very well. One unfinished storage area is now finished with carpeting, shelving, etc. to make a beautiful walk in closet. The new closet adds 75 square feet to the house. New carpeting, upgraded insulation, texturing and painting of the walls and ceilings. Also, upgraded light fixtures replacing the construction grade fixtures previously installed. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. John and all his workers and subcontractors were friendly and professional.  I love my new basement."

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."
