"ELI was wonderful! He arrived on time, was friendly, thorough and quick. What really impressed me was ELI'S attention to the little details--he made sure no water, garbage got loose under the counter, used a mat to protect my floor/inside counter, cleaned up everything--even my sink--when he was done and, finally, put everything back under the counter where it was before he came! Above and beyond customer service! I will recommend AAA who anyone who needs drains unplugged! "Woman who called me to give me more info and schedule was excellent and very friendly, great communication with her. The owner, I believe, who came to look at the job and give me a bid was professional and efficient as were the 3 guys who did the work. There was a 2 hour minimum work window which meant a $200 starting base price. They were done with my two projects (installing the outlet and fixing a hallway light) in less than an hour, so I guess I should have had more projects to get my full money's worth. They did a great job, though."
