My wife and I had all but given up on getting our insurance to pay for all of the damage from a hailstorm last summer to our roof and siding. And then we met Steven (owner.) Not only is he an absolute pleasure to talk to, but he was the first contractor to offer to fight our insurance company. Everyone else pretty much told us to give them the check and pay for the rest out of pocket (it would have cost us over $30k.) I hired Steven and Elite Exteriors on a handshake. If you caulk after painting, a few things can happen that you definitely don't want to happen. For one, caulk is messy and can make for an equally messy finish.
