So I researched online, selected the best reviewed businesses and scheduled interviews with quotes. Sprague Structural Solutions was the only one that seemed like a real reputable business. The other two were more one-man businesses who also did other projects, operating out of their truck on their cell with no other employees. For us and our investment, we wanted to really hire the best just in case we had any issues in the future. Although Sprague Structural Solutions happened to be the most expensive, I felt most comfortable that they would do the job correctly - and only one time needed to do it. They provided the best materials to educate myself on their processes, workmanship and warranties they offered. For both the appointments (surface sealant treatment and joint sealant application) a team of professionals came with a company branded covered trailer with specialty tools and various products for the surface pre-treatments and product applications. At that time I knew we made the right decision to hire this company that specializes in this work. Only time will tell how well the treatments will hold up - but it's nice to know that they are there and available should we have any questions or concerns in the future. Lastly, everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with Sprague Structural Solutions and only wish that every business I deal with acted in the same way."
