From the initial estimate discussions with the company owner, Levi, to the final walk through, the entire Paramount crew was timely, pleasant, and professional. The main contractor who worked on our house was fantastic... he even went above and beyond to help us out by fixing some shoddy work left by a prior contractor. It was very unexpected, and, though just a small time investment on his part, it was a game changer for us. Paramount uses a project-management software tool that is amazing - you get real time updates, see the actual products being installed, delivery dates, progress photos, communication logs, and up-to-the-minute financials, including change orders. He worked tirelessly and quickly. It really is nice that all the doors in the basement close effortlessly and it looks like it did when brand new. He also installed a new lazy-susan shelving which had broken. In my opinion, Bret is a craftsmen's craftsman. All his work has been outstanding, priced below market value, and he is honest and trustworthy. Just the type of person you want to know and have his number handy for all projects."
