Mark completed the job as requested and as promised. He also followed up with a report of the work he did... as well as his observations, and recommendations for work that may be needed in the future. We were very comfortable and pleased with his profesionalism, and his work!

We hired. Mark to install a French Door in an existing interior wall, widen an existing door way and install title in a bathroom. Mark done a fantastic job. He takes great pride in his work, stayed with the job until finished, offered suggestions that would improve the way we were doing the project, kept us informed on pricing changes as we changed or added to the project, very fair and reasonable with his cost, displayed a very high level of intigerity, gave us tips on how to do parts of the project we were doing ourself, positive attitude, great clean up at end of project, and a pleasure to work with. I hired Mark to tear out a non-weight bearing wall in my basement. He came over and bid the job and was there 2 days later. He was easy to work with, understood the project and it was completed on time. He cleaned up nicely and removed all the debris as well. I will hire him again.

Mark takes pride in the workmanship he delivers and makes sure his install is in and working correctly. He installed a Garbage Disposer for me and made sure that things will work properly. As part of his attention to detail, he cleaned out the debris that has accumulated in the pee-trap and plungered the drain till water was flowing normally.

installed custom blinds for a large window with a center pull that also rotate. Mr. Potter was efficient, worked fast and had a nice personality. Will use him for a couple of other projects as soon as the weather improves.

MKP Services (Mark) was great. We had multiple projects happening and he attended them on time and was professional. We still have another project that we are using Mark for. He did a great job with our bathroom remodel, painting, guest bathroom floor tiling, and our new kitchen splashbacks look great!

A true general handyman. Hired for many small jobs, not just siding repair, and some were done well. Other jobs completely missed the mark. We called and had Mark back out to review what needed to be addressed. He agreed and said he would take care of it. That was the last we ever heard from him.

Not a well thought out repair

"The customer did not have enough material to make the repair. Her flooring was twelve years old. She had no money to by new materials. I did the best job I could with the materials and budget provided. The quote was for $240.00 I only charged $185.00 understanding that the materials where short and there was no way to hide one damaged piece. She seemed very happy with the repair once it was completed. I am somewhat confused by the review."
