Basement Remodeling
False contact information given, you will only be able to reach them by phone until they block your phone number, they ask for deposits for doing the work and in my case it was $15000 for signing a contract, they did start the work and asked for the second $15000, they were supposed to remove the dirt from my crawlspace, and they started dumping the dirt on my landscaping. When the job started he had 3 times people needed, he over had too many people there, so for the rest of the job he could not pay for the crew to come out, and for each one of my checks I put a message as Advance for work not done and he cashed those checks.

"Unfortunately Ted did not understand how the contract worked after reading and signing it. Stated very clearly we needed down payment for the basement dig out. We did an excellent job and completed the work but he did not want to pay us and threatened to shoot an employee. After the fact we took Ted to court and won. This review is to slander our name because of hate."

They did an excellent job, and at a great price. I was very satisfied with their work. And impressed that they had many different people out for the estimate, an electrician, and the installers, just to make sure their quote was final and we wouldn't have to expect any extras.
