Carl refaced my kitchen, which means all new doors and 1/4 inch real wood covering my old cabinet boxes. I had him change out a couple cabinets for better functionality as well. Looking at the final refacing product after it was all finished looks and feels like new cabinets--it turned out better than I ever could have hoped! Carl was involved from start to finish. "I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface.
