Don worked carefully with me to design my home to complement my lifestyle and to reflect my aesthetic, creating open spaces, "hidden" storage, and modernizing the overall look and feel. He was especially helpful in integrating indoor and outdoor spaces: extending views, unleashing natural light, and enhancing outdoor spaces with subtle lighting. I reached out to several contractors for bids on our project - its amazing how many didnt even show up, or did show up but never even bothered to send the estimate. Jesse arrived right when he said he would, sent the estimate right when he said he would, and never missed a deadline throughout the whole project - hes a true pro. He brings a demonstration trailer with samples of cabinets, countertops, flooring, etc. right to your home and helps make those big decisions really easy. We needed our kitchen completely remodeled, but also all of the drywall in our upper level retextured and painted, new trim installed and some extensive electrical work throughout - it was no small project and they handled it all. "The salesperson was so thorough!  He really took me through all the options available and did not try to steer me in one direction.  There was great followup.  The windows I chose were a bit more pricey than I would have liked, but after installation, I have to say I got my money's worth.  Installation was timely and flawless, just one day to install all four windows.  They cleaned up after themselves beautifully and caused a minimum of stress and fuss, considering what they were doing.  All in all, a great experience.  I can recommend Sears with a clear conscience."
