Small jobs welcome

"WSCS was punctual for both the intial appointment and for the job. The workers were polite, careful when moving my possessions, and diligent. WSCS did what they could to rescue 700 sq.ft of newly installed porcelein tile that the tile installer, Chris Palmer and Lani and Rund Construction Co. ruined. Chris Palmer, Lani and Rund Construction Co deemed my job unimportant and stated such to me. Neither Chris Palmer of Rockhard Tile or Lani and Rund Construction would apologize or repair the disaster. Nor would either company admit the tile had been poorly installed, poorly grouted, and poorly cleaned of grout. 2 heavy applications of grout sealer was smeared across my tile and not wiped off. Thick scum coated my tiles and looked horrible. With a great deal of hard labor, WSCS removed the grout sealer from my tile. Due to WSCS, I don't have to remove the tile. This is a company worth keeping."

"Jaun and the man assisting him work very well together. Stayed on task and got the job done. They were both very polite and listened to our needs. The worked looked awsome when finnished. Jaun told us to call him if we had noticed any problems. We have had no issues with the work they completed ,and they cleaned up their work area before leaving."

Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Costs depend on floor type, area size, and additional services like waxing or sealing.

Yes. Every toaster is bound to accumulate a build-up of crumbs and food particles. If left unattended, these can turn into a fire hazard.

Cleaning typically takes 1-2 days, depending on the property size and debris amount.

While the exact appearance of the filter will depend on your dishwasher brand, it often consists of a cylindrical or rectangular mesh or plastic component. The filter is located at the bottom of the dishwasher beneath the lower spray arm. It includes a combination of a coarse filter, which traps larger food particles, and a finer filter, which captures smaller debris. The filter assembly may be a single unit or a multi-part system that can be twisted or snapped out for cleaning.

While a biohazard cleanup sounds like a scary process, knowing what to expect can help ease your concerns and set you up for success. It’s good to note that more than one professional might be needed depending on your situation, but that will be determined during the assessment. What you can expect during a home biohazard cleanup is the following:

  • Assessment: The first step in this process is for a biohazard cleanup professional to assess the damage. They create a report that includes the biohazard safety level, the needed damage cleanup, and the time it should take to complete the project.

  • Setup: The cleanup professional prepares the site to prevent cross-contamination and reduce toxicity risk. This process can include tarping and creating decontamination zones.

  • Removal of surface contamination: Any contaminated materials are removed from the area, starting with large materials followed by small ones. The professional can assess any floor-related damage once everything is removed from the site.

  • Salvaging items: The biohazard cleanup professionals assess which items can be saved and which are contaminated beyond the point of saving. Those deemed unsafe will be disposed of immediately.

  • Waste disposal: The next step is carefully disposing of the hazardous waste. Your professional will place the contaminated items in specific containers to keep the contamination from spreading.

  • Disinfection: The house will be disinfected and odor-neutralized. Even more minor details, like light switches and bulbs, will be disinfected so that they do not recontaminate the area in the future.

  • Restoration: Once the decontamination is complete, the last step is to restore the home. This includes repairing the damage to flooring, walls, or even the home's foundation.
