    We had a great experience- nothing like some other reviews would suggest. Brad was responsive, fairly priced, flexible with revisions we made and provided more than adequate supervision. His crews were prompt, hard working, polite and clean up daily. We had 3 mid size projects going simultaneously, including retaining wall, dirt removal, custom stairs and removal/redo of some old landscaping. It all went very well and we would/will use again

    We are extremely pleased with the outstanding work done by Peloquin. Phil is extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive. We are particular about our property and those we allow to work on it. We found him via a referral from Good Earth Garden Center which raved about his work. Phil found the right combination of sprinkler zones, microsprays and drip emitters for our large landscape with front and rear lawns, many perennial beds and a large vegetable garden. Since the landscape is already mature, this was going to be a challenging project including working around/through many tree roots. Phil explained every part of his bid thoroughly including his guarantee. His team was very polite and professional as well, the only minor exception being when his subcontractor parked blocking a neighbor’s driveway, which was odd and caused an unnecessary moment of tension. Our irrigation system is set up to be operated either from home or remotely and provides terrific coverage of oddly shaped lawns and geometric beds. The use of microsprays lowered the overall cost significantly while preventing damage to established plants – a win-win. It all works wonderfully and we are very happy. We can now water efficiently around our water restrictions here in the arid southwest, and it is saving enormous amounts of time. Phil also proved responsive to concerns about the location of the valve box and drainage away from the foundation, and offered a solution that was very reasonably priced though not in the initial scope of work. We were especially impressed because we called late in the year and he was sure he could complete the installation in November, and arranged to return in the spring to overseed the few areas which need re-seeding. 2020 was a year in which COVID-19 disrupted many supply chains but Phil had no difficulty supplying the high-quality items he promised. He is a very thoughtful problem-solver. He even repaired my leaking contractor’s hose just to make things easier for us until we could purchase the Craftsman hose that he recommended as non-kinking and trouble-free. We would definitely recommend Peloquin for top-quality irrigation systems as they will likely exceed your expectations

They were respectful of property, friendly, and snaked out our spruce tree root-infested sewer line for the listed price of $179. More expensive than some of the advertised prices around town, but comparable to two other plumbers I've had out to do the same work. Then they repaired a busted PVC main sprinkler line that had been hit by a lawnmower. As part of the repair he buried the new horizontal line to protect it from further lawnmower abuse

    Bridget and the crew at Bella Giardino turned a vision into reality. At our initial meeting, Bridget was very personable making for a relaxed discussion. She obviously listened closely and perceived the desires behind our words to create a fabulous design demonstrated with 3D visuals. We were amazed to see it come to life by the hard-working, friendly, and courteous dog-loving crew. With a strict HOA and a nearly 17,000 sq. foot new construction lot to deal with, Bella delivered good value for price when compared to other estimates received. Our home was surrounded by a functional and gorgeous flowing design mixing multiple colors and textures (grasses, stones, mulch, dry creek bed, boulders, walled paver patio) plus a great variety of sequentially flowering perennials. When mapping out the ground design prior to starting work, they very reasonably accommodated our request to expand the planned back yard patio and created a masterful walled paver patio integrated into our deck stairway while adapting the adjacent landscape design to purpose. After project services are good. Getting on their schedule requires patience, but it is worth the wait. We highly recommend Bella Giardino

I've dealt with Jeff on 4 previous occasions, once for plumbing repairs to my kitchen, once for a Water Heater install, once for a slow drip leak caused by a nail puncture done when the house was built over 30 years ago, and once for sudden break in a water line in the garage. Based on the quality and fair price for the work done in the past I chose Jeff to completely replace my existing polybutylene pipe with color-coded PEX. Included in the work was replacing almost all faucets, sinks, refrigerator and shower valves and fittings, washing machine valves, and toilets. Jeff did an outstanding job replacing all the plumbing, developing new routes that allowed me to isolate sections of the house in a manner similar to having home runs. During the planning stage,Jeff listened carefully to my requirements and proposed cost-effective solutions that saved me money and gave me what I really needed. I'm getting on in years and am living on fixed income and wanted a plumbing system I could rely on and Jeff delivered that! In addition, he has a drywall specialist that works with him that does superb work being able to duplicate existing wall texturing to make all the holes they had to make for the plumbing nearly disappear. I highly recommend Jeff for any type of plumbing work. He is thorough, professional, efficient, and honest

    Excellent Job! We had to have our 3-year-old large deck replaced. Genesis did a fantastic job. The crew showed up every morning on-time, and cleaned-up the yard before quitting for the day. Kyle, the project manager, was very helpful. Due to weather conditions the deck was not completed before a planned trip so while we were gone Kyle sent picture updates.
