"The work was completed in a timely manor and overall looks good, during the project Gabe tried to change the scope many times, but ultimately did stick to our quote. Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. I contacted Gabe to give him an opportunity to make it right but he did not respond in any capacity. Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."

"They were supposed to take the slate that I already had and flip it over. We argued about that and I just got tired of arguing with her. It's like she does what she wants to do. She did not do the job nicely and no attention to detail. And they took all my molts and they did not bring it back and they brought some garbage instead. I even called her to made if specific. With the concrete, I don't have any complaint for that, they did a great job, but with the slate, they were not painting the slate correctly. That's a wrong color and they were messy and yellow stands out. She brought me yellow instead of brown. It was supposed to be brown not yellow but she bring me yellow. I ended up painting it myself. And I just got tired of arguing with her. She did give me $150 as a refund because I was going to paint it myself. She brought me flowers and the plants were dying. She brought six plants and two of them were dying and I did not made that attention. She brought me two more of the same time which were wrong to begin with. I didn't know how to fix it. So, I used the app and they told me they were sick. I'm still working with them. But the last two were dying too and I was not going to go through it."

"No work was done today yet they want to charge me $92. The appointment was set up over 20 days ago. Never have I had a company not send a reminder. When I ask, the lady tells me they have over 200 or 2000 customers so cannot do reminders and that I did not ask for a reminder. The units are Airbnbs, I try to be courteous to my guests by announcing when I am coming to the property. Additionally, with blow out, the water will need to be shut-off temporarily, I cannot just do that last minute without notice. Furthermore, the initial appointment was for 3pm – 5pm but the guy shows up just after 12noon and now you want to charge me? And for what exactly as no work has been done. Reminders are easy to set up as a business. Even an outlook or google calendar will set up reminders. I will NOT be using this company and would rather find another company that will not be this disorganized and then act like asking for a reminder is a “special request.”"

We had a small budget and was not sure a professional company would even consider our job. We met with 3 companies - two from Angi's list and one who was doing our neighbors yard. D&D was our top choice not only because of the price (was able to work with our budget and was a good 20 - 30% less than the other two bids we got) as well as amazing communication, documentation of the process, on time installation (actually started a few days early when his crew finished other jobs ahead of schedule) and overall ease of working with Daniel. We had some other family issues during the time of our move and the fact Daniel was so easy to work with, was a man of his word and followed thru with a great final product made it such a good experience for us. I HIGHLY recommend Daniel and his team! We plan to add to our yard in time and will be calling D&D again!"
