Came out same day quoted the price and that was the price. No â extras.â Also a super nice guy.

Our Handyman knew what he was doing and he did it well. He was through in about 20 minutes. However, I had to pay $119 for those 20 minutes. I knew the price upfront so I couldn't say I was surprised, but I think nonetheless, that the price for the work done was excessive

Great personalized service. Matt took his time to help us explore options and find the right hot water solution for our home. At the same time he helped educate us on each of the components and his installation work, including future water treatment solutions and improving the humidifier for our HVAC system.

Matt responded to my bid request immediately at 7:30pm. I had bought a Rheem hybrid electric water heater and needed it installed along with moving the gas and water lines to accommodate a new Mitsubishi heat pump HVAC system and the air exhaust of the hybrid water heater. He came over the next morning and went over the work and all my specific needs and gave me a very reasonable price. He came over Saturday morning and did excellent, very neat work. Ià à ¢à à à à m kind of particular about the quality and appearance of the work and Matt hit a home run.

Matt says what he means and means what he says, not as common a trait as it should be. He did what we asked and needed, no more no less, and charged a fair price commensurate with the job. And he wore his mask (as did I, since I helped with labor) which shows respect.

Communication was key to fully understanding the product I needed for my house, and Matt communicated every step from size to price and payment type. Thanks for for the quality work. I would recommend to anyone needing to replace a water heater.

I reached out through Home Advisor and FitzUPlumbing showed up in my list of companies. I got two quotes around the same price from the companies but I went with Matt solely because he immediately reached out within moments of requesting a quote for a water heater replacement. Got a 40 Galleon natural gas tank replacement and Matt went above and beyond. Got a drip pan installed to get my tank up to code, he redid some of the piping from the older installation that was back in 2003, located the gas meter, moved the gas line over to make room for the drip pan, and basically made it so my gas lines can finally be shut off properly. Thank you Matt! You were awesome and I look forward to hiring you again in the future if I need anything too complex to be taken care of. Amazing job.
