He was booked pretty far in to the future, but since our house was missing smoke/carbon monoxide detectors he came out after another project to install those so we would be safe. A couple weeks later he came out to install and replace the light fixtures. He even had to bring out scaffolding to install two chandeliers that were on over 13 feet high ceilings. He helped me figure out the best height to hang those chandeliers. We are extremely pleased. He is working on ordering me some switches, so I will review that experience once that has been done."

"I initially spoke with Seymour on the phone. I drove out to purchase a fan and pick it up and realized it was much larger than would fit into my car. While I was there Seymour took a few minutes to show me the different sizes and make some recommendations for installation.

I later called and purchased over the phone and he had it delivered to my front door in Westminster promptly. This isn't a big company, from what I can tell Seymour runs the company from his home. Along with the fan and vent cover being delivered, I was provided with DIY instructions for installation which were enhanced from the basic instructions provided by the manufacturer. The install went well, and Seymour mentioned I could call if I got stuck and he would walk me through it.
