"I initially spoke with Seymour on the phone. I drove out to purchase a fan and pick it up and realized it was much larger than would fit into my car. While I was there Seymour took a few minutes to show me the different sizes and make some recommendations for installation.

I later called and purchased over the phone and he had it delivered to my front door in Westminster promptly. This isn't a big company, from what I can tell Seymour runs the company from his home. Along with the fan and vent cover being delivered, I was provided with DIY instructions for installation which were enhanced from the basic instructions provided by the manufacturer. The install went well, and Seymour mentioned I could call if I got stuck and he would walk me through it.

The product is very high quality, it is hard to find stuff like this at a big box store.
