"I had high hopes for this exterior painting project. I decided to go with this company as Candace was very enthusiastic, accomodating ( project timing & price adjustment) and very reassuring as to the "amazing quality" of Gio's work. The contract/estimate specified "sanding, wood filler &/or wood replacement as needed" - unfortunately, no surfaces were sanded (esp. window trim), caulking was used to fill holes rather than bondo-like wood filler, multiple "holes" were overlooked, some trim paint has already peeled off ( after less than 4 months since completion). Tar from ladders was left on new roof shingles- and discovered by me, the crew never mentioned. Gio returned 1x to "fill" some missed holes, not all. I continue to find inferior areas of work. This was NOT the cheapest bid received. I find nothing " amazing" about the job that was done and regret not going with another painting company."

Keven went beyond our contract and sealed where trim met the floor, and did a lot of extras on areas that got the most use and abuse.
