"Juan did an excellent job on my home repair. He was fast and friendly. I will hire him again. ~Marvina~"

"Jim responded to our call immediately and worked with us on the right thing to do. He was running late, due to traffic, and called to let us know. If we have further projects Jim will be the first person we call."

"Mark went above and beyond during my cable install. He brought tools that helped the install go much quicker. He had several genius ideas that made things go much smoother. He worked around my limitations and requests, and truly went the extra mile. We tried to get it knocked out early in the day, since we had to be in the attic, in August. We started at 6am to try to beat the heat. We were done by 2:30pm. The attic was super hot by then, but Mark still got up there to finish the cabling runs. Exceptional work ethic, great guy, you can't go wrong! Hire him today. I took the photo of him sticking his entire arm in the ceiling through the tiny cutout for the exhaust fan. He wasn't able to see what he was working on, and had to work only by feel. He got the job done! I couldn't have done it without him."

"Luke, Bryan and Bhakti did an outstanding job for us. We wanted to open up our floor plan for the living and dining areas so they did the demo of a wall, then re-plastered the ceiling which involved matching a complicated ceiling plaster design. They also removed some decorative mirrors in the living area again, repaired the drywall and matched the plaster pattern. They also applied a skim coat to the kitchen walls then painted everything they had repaired. Luke was very knowledgeable as was his team. They were very service minded, courteous and friendly. Luke took the time to discuss the project daily with me and reviewed their progress/plans. There were no hidden costs and Luke also made sure he and his team met their deadline. We have found our team for all of our Handyman services, for sure."

"Mike did a fantastic job with all the repairs that we needed. He was very easy to communicate and coordinate timing with and expeditious in taking care of things. We will definitely be calling him in the future for additional work."

"Leo at Msite Property Services has done an incredible job. We have had many small to medium sized projects he has helped out on. His attention to detail and ability to come up with solutions has been really helpful. We would definitely recommend Msite for any residential and small commercial needs."

"Greg Bohrer was professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and what he needed to do to make the repairs before he actually made them. After completing the repairs he went back and tested him to make sure everything worked well as it should be."

"I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Matt. He was hired to do some drywall repair, slope correction and paint touch up. I am an out of state home owner and left my thermostat off when I left a few weeks ago just days after buying my first home. He came in to do his repairs and found half the pipes frozen. He responded by going ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty and helped unfreeze the pipes, got a plumber out to inspect for damage and oversaw the whole process of the repair of the broken pipe as well as the resulting drywall repair. He is a true life saver and also happens to do impeccable work. You would never know the pipe had broken where the drywall was repaired. Thank you Matt. I am so grateful to have you on my team!!!
