First half of the job was done in paid by us. Second half we advanced the next payment installment and haven?t heard from them since We are $4500 out of pocket. They are thieves

Our contact person was Fareed he was professional and personable sharing pictures and videos of the Companyâ s work. Our sheds came out great and the metal railing around our front deck is the talk of the neighborhood. The crews that did the work were top notch we are very pleased with the outcome of our project and would recommend Exterior Recovery to anyone Tom and Anna

I would have given them five stars if they customer communications was better. The final product was great and so were the project manager and workers. However, it took over five months to get started. During this time period the salesperson provided misleading information about the status of the job, was difficult to reach, and did not respond in an acceptable time period. Also, the salesperson would not provide me with another contact within the company. I was thinking this may have been a scam but it was not.

excellent work, very quick...replaced a 14x16 deck using mid-grade trex decking...the original deck had a pergola cover, I chose to just have the posts and beams installed and will finish pergola in future...

communication was a bit lacking at the outset of the project, but the deck was finished in short order once we got going.

Had my front porch turned into a mudroom. Had to wait for project start due to weather, etc, but once started, went lickety split and I love it! Framing in the porch after tying it all into my house structure for ensured longevity and strength (solid as a rock), adding tons of insulation, moving my front water spigot (great plumber), dry wall, texturing, painting, adding a light, switch and outlet, laying luxury vinyl for flooring, base boards, re-siding the outside to match my house, adding a little trex deck with a solid railing and - done in a few long days!! Any glitches were addressed with good humor and speed. Planning more projects with them!

Once they got started on the installation, they did a great job.

The team at Exterior Recovery Co made our exterior deck projects come true. From amazing design, scheduling, construction and clean up, we were impressed beyond measure. Having had many construction projects come short of expectations or just plain go south in the past, we were shocked at how kind, professional and thorough the entire team was at Exterior Recovery Co. Fareed was our main point of contact and he would personally check in on the project and us to make sure everything was turning out how we wanted. Never making us feel like we were an inconvenience to him, he would listen to our ideas and allow for changes on the spot to ensure we were thrilled with the final project. End result, we are THRILLED with the project and will only use Exterior Recovery Co for our home improvements from now on.

Exterior Recovery Co. was awesome from beginning to end. We had a pretty big home exterior project including full house siding, deck, soffits, gutters, paint, etc. From the time we received a quote to the end of the project Fareed and his team were with us every step of the way. Fareed's knowledge and experience is second to none and he was always quick to answer any questions or concerns we had immediately. Exterior Recovery Co. took care of our home exterior "bumper to bumper". We have additional projects planned and will most definitely be using Exterior Recovery Co. in the future. You guys rock!

We got quotes from 5 different companies for a full exterior remodel (siding removal, house wrap, and full install of siding/fascia/soffit). Exterior Recovery was not only the most affordable but, without question, had the highest level of customer service. They responded immediately to every text, call or email concern that I had. Every issue that came up was addressed and they made sure there were no concerns before the project was complete and closed out. I have been around many construction crews/contractors and Exterior Recovery had the highest quality install crews I have ever been around. They were very professional, friendly, and accommodating to my many requests to go above and beyond what they would normally do. I highly recommend them for an exterior remodel as they stay with you from start to finish to make sure the job is done right. I will not even bother calling anyone else for future exterior projects. A sub contractor let us down. Gutter folks did not order color when contract signed. No color available when due to do the work. 10-14 days delay. Offered to install white and then paint. I know that would peal quickly, so decided to wait. Why didn't they order materials earlier.

Pierce and Fareed were great to work with, and the whole team was really helpful guiding us with our design. We added insulation (there wasn t any before) and got rid of our old vinyl siding. I m so happy with how it turned out!

Exterior Recovery Company just completed a project to replace some of the siding and paint my entire house. Pierce, who did the bid, and Fareen, who was the lead on the project, were both so professional and wonderful to work with. They made sure my questions were answered and that I was happy with the work. The crews that did the work were pleasant, courteous, professional and did a great job. I wish all of my home projects went this smoothly, and my home looks beautiful.

Exterior Recovery just finished our siding job and I couldnâ t be more pleased. I wanted to go with someone local; Exterior Recoveryâ s quote was less than the other company I contacted, and they went out of their way to earn our business. Zach made multiple trips to our house to bring samples and talk through options with me, and got the job started within a week of our first contact. Fareed and his crew showed up the first morning promptly at 8; the crew worked until 6 or 7 every day, including Sundays and Memorial Day, and they did a great job. Two separate neighbors came over during the process to remark about how meticulous they were with their work. I really appreciated their attention to detail, especially the trim work around the windows and how they framed in the outlets and spigots. Zach and Fareed both did the final walkthrough with us, and the few, small issues we had were immediately addressedâ Fareed even pointed out a couple of things we never would have noticed and arranged to have them redone. Even the inspector commented about the high quality of the work when he closed out the permit. Highly recommended.

Exterior Recovery Co. saved the day. We started a James Hardie siding project with another company. They faved nailed the siding and some of it looked like Swiss cheese. I noticed how great a siding project looked down the street and asked Fareed to take a look a my house. From the start the company was professional. They did a great job putting up our siding in a timely manner. The company also redid our deck. There were a few loose ends with the deck project that Fareed made sure got taken care of. Exterior Recovery did excellent work.

Exterior Recovery CO just finished a complete siding removal and replacement of our 80 plus house and detached garage using the James Hardie Fiber Cement siding product. From the initial phone call to the Company inquiring their availability, to the final walk around/inspection with our sales and project coordinator Pierce Cameron and the owner, Mr. Fareed Ali we could not be more impressed. Pierce gave us a thorough briefing of the building products they could use to meet our needs and understood that we were going to compare other companies before we were going to selecting a contractor. We spoke to six contractors and met with four before deciding on a company. The professional and detailed approach that Pierce used to lay out how Exterior Recovery CO would utilize to accomplish the job, including adding a new porch was impressive. The actual job was not without a few challenges due to the age our home and of course our asking for some minor changes and corrections. The final walk through of the job and the final hour or two was no exception, in terms of minor touchups or corrections was met without drama and our satisfaction was strengthened. The entire process and project left us incredibly pleased with the company, from the sales, consulting and execution as well as the crews on site. We pleased to offer this review and would be glad to recommend Exterior Recovery CO to anyone looking for upgrading their home or business exterior.
