They sanded down thru 20 years of tinted stain and put 2 coats of tinted stain on. My railing with spindles are a different color than the deck you walk on and they did a great of being careful not to get the deck stain on the spindles. I really enjoyed the ease of communication with them. As it was spring, thus rain, we had to be in communication about adjusting time and days due to the rain. Additionally I appreciated that because of weather and other jobs they had to do, I was not put off and kept at the top of the list to complete the job. "Tony did a wonderful job repairing and painting walls with very high cathedral ceilings. He did the bathroom, kitchen, and entrance hall in a day and a half for a very reasonable cost. The only issue I have is that I called the evening before he painted and told him I wanted to change the color for the front hall, and I still gave him a 4 1/2 because it is not a huge deal to me, but now I need to change the color of the inside of the door. Otherwise a beautiful job."
