They sanded down thru 20 years of tinted stain and put 2 coats of tinted stain on. My railing with spindles are a different color than the deck you walk on and they did a great of being careful not to get the deck stain on the spindles. I really enjoyed the ease of communication with them. As it was spring, thus rain, we had to be in communication about adjusting time and days due to the rain. Additionally I appreciated that because of weather and other jobs they had to do, I was not put off and kept at the top of the list to complete the job. I got a quote from them to do the railing and spindles, the price is so fair that I may not get other bids."

As with any painting job, the important part happens before you start - in prepping the surrounding. I was actually so impressed with their thoroughness I took a bunch of photos, attached below. They did a great job with every aspect of the work - timeliness, communication, cleanup etc. They were not cheap! I could probably have found somebody else to do the work for 60% of the cost.
