"I admit communication was an issue on this project and I take full responsibility on my end, but communication goes both ways. The homeowner admittedly called but never left messages. Some delays were caused by weather issues. Other delays were issues that arose with employees and have been resolved. Project lead was not given to inexperience laborer. It was given to an employee that had demonstrated the knowledge and drive to take the next step in his career, so he was given the opportunity. In this case he did not do well with his opportunity. The are many inaccuracies in this review and it doesn't do any good to debate it at this point. At the final walk through I was told that I either "fix it today or not at all". I was not able to fix it that day as I already had a full schedule that day and needed to gather the necessary material to fix it properly. I never once said I would not pay for the fix, and would not expect a homeowner to pay for additional work that was caused by issues on our side. I did offer to get it done the following business day. The homeowner refused that offer and decided to "live with it"."
