Integrity Deck and Shade did a great job replacing my deck. They performed quality work for a fair price, were very professional, and overall were a great contractor to work with.

Brady was great from start to finish. I was living out of state and had to manage from distance. Brady communicated well. Installed Trex Transcend deck using Trex steel framing. Cedar pergola. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Brady Grove was very professional. He came prepared to our initial meeting with a material sample and a sales brochure of the product he was recommending to construct the deck. He also talked knowledgable about how he would shore up the pergola (and not have to tear it down) as well as how the deck would be constructed. His price was very competitive. There was a significant wait to get the deck done, but once demolition and construction began, it moved along quickly. When a construction problem arose because of the original deck design, Brady had a solution that he discussed with me and it was implemented I have recommended Integrity Building and Remodeling to my 2 neighbors who are thinking of replacing their aging decks.

Brady Grove seemed very knowledgeable on composite decks and provided us with information on each of the brands we were researching. He also made suggestions on the design and layout of our deck, and his bid was competitive. Vic and Brandon, the installation crew, were very personable and we were impressed with the quality of their work. They readily made adjustments that we requested, and their suggestions were appreciated. We would recommend this contractor.

This Company is AKA Integrity Deck and Shade, We thought we made a good decision until the project started. Communication is a huge concern for this company. They only have one crew of two people. When they started we were given an inexperienced skilled laborer to lead our project, which he then left the company during our project. We did not know this until things started going bad. We were told it would be done in one week and at the end of week 5 the deck still was not done to satisfaction. The owner came for a final walk-through and I told him about the concerns and he did not want to pay for the fixes. He said *a new railing will cost about $200 and I guess that means I have to eat that.* Lots of things went wrong: first they did not have all the materials they needed, and they did not realize it until it was time to cut the material so they would stop work. The most they worked was 4 hours a day. After week 3 we complained to the owner after several messages left and he finally sent a lead crew member. We would call the owner and he would not answer and when he did it was one sentence emails with no clarification and when we would try to schedule something he would not confirm back. So, we never knew if he that time would work or not. The crew and owner did not communicate with each other so we got told one thing from workers and another from owner. The stairs were not measured correctly so they were too narrow, so, they had to come back and fix that. Then the railing did not come flush with the end of the stairs on either side, one was closer to the deck and the other closer to the end of the staircase. When I talked to the owner about it he did not want to pay for a new railing to fix the correct size. So we are left with rails that do not match up and each staircase looks different. They also left the gutter screwed to the side of the house without putting the needed extension. The owner said *I did not have one with me.* So, go get one and make it right. Plus they ruined my grass, they left the old deck sitting on the lawn for over 3 weeks and the grass died plus they set up in the grass and now its a dirt patch. If you choose to hire them be prepared for several weeks for a simple project and no communication. I do not recommend them and the owner did not seem to care about the way he left his work. The company name is Integrity- Where is the companies Integrity? I am sure he will never make it right. Thank you Victor and Brandon (skilled laborers) for trying to make things right. -Very Disappointed Customer.

Peter was very professional and made sure I know what was going on at all times. Worked around some weather issues and hiccups with no issues. Thank you for a great job.

Extremely happy with my pergola that we had built. Brady knew exactly what we wanted. He came by job site each day which other contractors I spoke with said they had people for that. His crew was VERY respectful, punctual and hard working! You can tell they enjoy their job. The crew Answered any questions I had along the way and never acted as if it was a bother. Each day they cleaned up even though they would be back the next day. I did have to wait 3 weeks before they could build it but they were well worth the wait. Would definately use them and recommend them again.

I would recommend this company for any remodeling needs. We doubled our deck and added TREX, added a roof with lights, changed stair configuration. They gave us exactly what we wanted. It is gorgeous! They did an outstanding job!

The crew was detail oriented and was thorough in their work. The project turned out excellent and I would use them again. Due to weather and time of the year the project took longer than planned but it got done and it was finished right.

We had a patio cover built by Integrity Building & Remodeling. Brady, the owner, and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable. John and Victor were always on time, friendly, worked hard, and finished the job in a week, as promised. They did an excellent job, and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. We are very happy with our new patio cover.

Integrity Building and Remodeling is a terrific company . The owner, Brady, was very helpful in the design process. His crew, John and Victor are extremely knowledgeable carpenters and the workmanship was in a class by itself. these craftsmen were also very pleasant and explained the different phases of the construction of the deck as the work progressed... I recommend this company and would hire them again should the need arise.

Brady and his crew were very professional and hard working. They cleaned up every day and left me with a beautiful new deck! I didn't know they did basements, too, which I just learned from reading these reviews. I definitely will be calling them when I am ready to do that project!

Overall, our experience with Brady and his team was wonderful. I got estimates from 4 contractors and Brady was consistently the most professional, which was ultimately why we hired him. We found him to be extremely honest and kind. He is easy to work with and is just very human. His dad works with him quite a bit and we loved him as well! Their business is very accurately named-- I would hire them again in a heartbeat. We did have some small issues with one of the sub-contractors, but the work he did was still excellent. Brady and his team finished off our entire basement and the results are just wonderful. Our project did go over the estimated time by about a month, but honestly it was mostly things that couldn't be avoided. Occasionally we had some communication problems, but Brady goes out of his way to make sure that his clients are happy and he works to make sure everything is fair. We are really, really happy that we went with Brady and his team and not anyone else.

They are a family run place more or less and are extremely honest. They are a great group of guys and all interactions with them have been nothing but pleasant.

Overall I'm pleased with the results time was an issue part my fault part theirs. Basement looks great My thanks to Brady and crew.

Wow. We can't say enough great things about Integrity Building. Integrity about sums up our impression of Brady. He is honest and attentive. He answers e-mails and phone calls promptly and gave great advice and guidance throughout. He not only listens to the customer but remembers what you say. He went out of his way to meet us at a decking store and assist us with our decisions. We needed a little hand-holding with this project and appreciated his patience and willingness to go over things until we were comfortable. As far as construction goes, wow, he really knows what he is doing. Our deck is fabulous and beyond our expectations!

Integrity built my new deck and I am very happy with it. It looks gorgeous! Brady listened to what I wanted, made some good suggestions about materials, was communicative about schedule, and performed the job on a very timely basis. We had some bad weather that they had to work around, but all got done as quickly as I think it could have. I would definitely use Integrity for another project.
