"Gentleman came out and reviewed my situation (which is unusual) made some professional suggestions but listened to me when I asked what I could do. He gave me a verbal estimate on the spot, followed up with a written estimate. On the day of installation he and his crew were on time, efficient, took care to keep the area clean and removed my old gutters, installed the new with downspouts and extensions in very quick order.
