Best deck repair pros near Derby, CO

"Daniel and the team were professional, considerate, honest and timely with their work. We had over 5 bids for our project which was a large investment and went through a long vetting process. Daniel answered all my questions honestly and provided a consultative approach to the project. We had a concrete pour and a deck rebuild D&D could do both, most contractors could only do the deck and said we needed to outsource the concrete elsewhere. The deck project was done in two weeks and the outcome was better than what I had imagined. The team was very clean and picked up all remnants of the materials, I highly recommend D&D for any deck or patio repair, rebuild, or new build. They are honest and hard working, will definitely give a referral or use for any future projects on our house. Glad I found this team. "Jason did a great job with our fence repair and our deck refinishing. Would definitely hire Viking again!"

"The team did a great job making some repairs to our wooden deck and gazebo. Knowledgeable, friendly, timely, and cleaned up the work area very well. Will work with them again and recommend to others."

"Luke, Bryan and Bhakti did an outstanding job for us. We wanted to open up our floor plan for the living and dining areas so they did the demo of a wall, then re-plastered the ceiling which involved matching a complicated ceiling plaster design. They also removed some decorative mirrors in the living area again, repaired the drywall and matched the plaster pattern. They also applied a skim coat to the kitchen walls then painted everything they had repaired. Luke was very knowledgeable as was his team. They were very service minded, courteous and friendly. Luke took the time to discuss the project daily with me and reviewed their progress/plans. There were no hidden costs and Luke also made sure he and his team met their deadline. We have found our team for all of our Handyman services, for sure."

"We needed a last minute rebuild of our stairs leading to our deck and Steve was able to get it done for us! The stairs now look better than they did when we moved in! If you need someone who knows what they’re doing, Steve is the guy to call!"

"Juan has done work for us over several years and we keep asking him to do more! He most recently helped patch holes in our drywall and ceiling, He also repaired our attic hatch, replaced the seal at the bottom of our garage door, installed a storm door, and put in a latch to hold our furnace filter in place. Juan does quality work AND is reasonably priced. He gives free estimates and schedules the work in a timely manner! We found a gem many years ago and will continue to hire him for projects!"

"Will hire again. Great work"

"Israel did a fantastic job on restructuring and replacing our steep flagstone north stairway. He tore out and rebuilt front patio and pathways. He and his crew were most professional and cleaned up total areas completely. Highly recommend his work!"

"Mr Ross was professional and fixed my issues. Did not try to up sell something I did not need. Glad there are still honest contractors around."

"I recently hired GreenHouse Contracting to rebuild my deck through a friend referral, and I am extremely pleased with the final result. Juan and his crew were professional, courteous, punctual, and hardworking. Juan offered suggestions and ideas throughout the entire process. I'll admit I am not the easiest customer as I ask a lot of questions and have high expectations for work being done on my house. The work quality was superior and I have absolutely no complaints. My deck turned out better than I imagined and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is seeking a high quality deck or other work."
