"Giving this company less than a stellar review simply due to customer service, which is missing from society nowadays. It is very disruptive to have hardwood floors refinished especially when you have pets. The refinishers were never on time and basically worked 13 hours over a 3 day period, which IMHO, is not doing "everything they can to stay on schedule," per contract wording. Our floors were supposed to be completed on a Saturday, which they weren't. We were told Saturday, after they worked for inly 3 hours, they would be back Monday. Having our pets locked in 1 room for 5-7 days as well as our entire kitchen taped off and unusable while they only work a few hours per day is not what I would call good customer service nor a good experience. I maybe old fashioned but my God, is there anybody left in this world that believes customer service is still a thung?"
