Ivan responded to my request for a bid for major landscaping job, wanted to come Saturday or Sunday. We settled on Monday. Never showed or called. I messaged him on Angie's List and he responded that he wanted to bid the job could he come Tuesday. I gave him a time window. He called Tuesday 1 hour before time window and wanted a different time, I told him then or not at all. Well the time window has closed, no Ivan. If you value your time, don't call Synergy

I really apologize for the inconvenience. I found out a day later that my guy who was going to your job was going to see the job, his wife had an accident. I remember texting to you monday night and asking if you had time the next day. We never aggreed to the time. The next day I called at 8:26 am as soon as I got to the office and checked my messeges. It was not an hr before. I called to see if you could do another time but you just told me no dont't come. Once again I apoligize for inconvenience and I hope you find another person for your job. Ivan was great to work with. Was prompt to respond for the quote. Took time discussing what I really wanted, provided some additional ideas to improve what I was looking to do. Sent me some sample pictures for the better visual. Was spot on with his quote. Started and finished the job when indicated on the quote. I love the yard now. Comments from neighbors and friends are very positive. Would recommend him and his company to anyone looking for landscape work.

Ivan and his crew did an awesome job. They went above and beyond of what I was expecting. The driveway and parking area look awesome. I would definitely hire them again and recommend their services to everyone.
