"I have used R&K on multiple occasions. They have done everything From trash removal, site grading and all kinds of landscape projects that I have came up with. They take pride in their work and always go above and beyond my expectations. Steve is an easy guy to deal with and has great customer service. Their prices are fair and I look forward to doing more projects with them in the future. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family."

"The painter was a sub-contractor to All Pro Services. The quote we agreed to with All Pro showed work that the painter did not agree with so constant renegotiations occurred throughout the project. Painter did not allow enough time to complete the quoted job so had to paint late at night to be able to meet their next scheduled job. The painter painted the entire interior of the house with a 9" mini-roller using a paint tray so work seemed time consuming. Would not use a ladder, so all high work was done with an extension handle including a brush attachment for the trim work. Coverage was adequate but several places on the ceiling were missed altogether. Did not provide their own drop cloths. All Pro owner and sub-contractor were very nice people but skill-wise the painter was not what we consider to be a professional painter. All Pro inspected the job and saw the problem areas and said they would call the painter back again if we wanted him to. We chose to redo ceiling areas and some of the trim errors ourselves."

"Austin with Bulldog Built LLC was incredibly helpful when our heater stopped working. Even though this wasn?t a typical construction project, he quickly connected us with a reliable plumber who was able to diagnose and fix the issue. He took the time to make sure we were taken care of and didn?t leave us scrambling to find help on our own. His responsiveness, knowledge, and willingness to assist even outside the scope of his usual work. It meant a lot to our family. We would absolutely recommend Bulldog Built LLC to anyone looking for an honest, helpful, and professional contractor."

Land Clearing Services questions, answered by experts

For land surveying in Delta, opt for galvanized steel rebar with weather-resistant caps for boundary markers, as they withstand the region’s dry summers and occasional moisture. UV-stable flagging tape ensures visibility under strong sun, while frost-proof concrete monuments are ideal for permanent property corners. Equip crews with dust covers, waterproof field books, and insulated batteries to handle Delta’s variable weather. Local suppliers often stock these surveying materials for quick access.

Helpful?

In Delta, land surveying should be scheduled promptly if you’re dealing with property disputes, preparing for a home sale, or need permits for construction or utility work. Projects related to insurance claims or new fencing also require timely action. For general property knowledge or landscaping, it’s often best to wait for favorable weather and surveyor availability. Always consider seasonal conditions and project urgency before deciding when to proceed.

Helpful?

To make land surveying in Delta safer for families, clearly mark off work zones with visible fencing or cones and use reflective tape on boundary markers. Keep children and pets away from equipment and flagged property lines, especially near irrigation ditches or uneven terrain. Schedule surveys during daylight hours, and communicate with neighbors about the project. Secure all tools and surveying equipment after each workday to prevent accidents or injuries.

Helpful?

Land surveying in a typical Delta home resolves issues like unclear property lines, especially where agricultural and residential areas meet or irrigation easements cross lots. Accurate surveys help prevent neighbor disputes, confirm compliance with local setback rules, and verify property features such as floodplain boundaries or septic locations. This documentation protects your investment, clarifies acreage, and supports smooth real estate transactions by providing reliable property line information.

Helpful?

The semi-arid climate in Delta brings unique challenges to land surveying projects. Winter’s frozen ground and snow can obscure property lines and delay work, while spring runoff may limit access to certain sites. As temperatures rise, summer heat can affect surveying equipment accuracy, especially metal tools. To minimize disruptions, most surveyors in Delta recommend scheduling projects between April and October, when weather conditions are generally more stable and predictable.
