"The project started well, but on the final day, the contractors unexpectedly claimed they made a mistake and demanded an additional $8000, threatening legal action if not paid. I verified Colorado law, which states they had six months to place a lien on our property, requiring notification within three days of doing so, and by registered mail after the lien was placed. We took no action, avoiding reviews or contact. They have since blocked us from their website and emails. Ultimately, they never placed a lien, and the six-month period has passed. Now that everything is resolved, I want to leave a review. While I am satisfied with the project's outcome, I am unhappy with their conduct, including the legal threats and the last-minute demand for more money. His wife, not him, conducted the final walkthrough and provided the warranty and a statement confirming full payment. He even verbally admitted to putting our project on the "back burner" when I questioned the delay."

In addition, roots from a large shade tree in another part of the property were encroaching under a brick patio causing areas of heaving resulting in tripping hazards. We had hired Right Way Property & Wildlife Management in the past and felt confidant of their ability to safely and effectively correct our problems without impacting the health of the healthy, mature tree involved. While removing the brick to access the encroaching roots was difficult because of a surrounding stone wall, Boone and Alex were extremely patient and detailed in their work. They were able to carefully remove the three problematic roots so the brick pavers could be returned to their original position minus any heaves. I couldnâ t be more impressed by the knowledge, expertise and professionalism Right Way Property & Wildlife Management has displayed on both occasions we have used their services."
