Jarrad and his crew did such an amazing job on our addition!!! We had no idea how to start the process or even where to start and he took care of everything from start to finish with us so we still felt involved. He had great ideas to help save money but also to help bring our vision to life!! He was very observant throughout the entire build and honest with any questions we had and his crew were great and easy to get along with. We highly highly recommend him and his team if you are in need of an addition or remodel, I think he even builds new homes also. Canâ t thank him enough.

On Monday, July 29, 2024 I submitted final payment for the job that Jarrad's company did for my dog boarding kennels. There were several outstanding items that he guaranteed would be done that week so I sent in the final payment. He cashed the check immediately. After the check was cashed, the work was never completed, he has refused to respond to any of my phone calls, text messages or emails. The job that his crew did was subpar, I am already have issues with the installed flooring in the dog kennels, the caulking is coming out of several areas, I now have a leaky floor in my grooming shop after the siding was replaced, and the grates that I have already paid for that are supposed to be installed in two different areas have not been installed. As I have told him via email, text and voice message, this is causing a safety issue for the dogs in my care. All together, the job was done poorly, leaving areas with spray foam and white paint over the newly sided building, not completing the paint on the building, I have outside electrical cords hanging down due to poor installation from his team, and my gutters are still leaking.It has been 5 weeks now that he has chosen to ignore my communication with him regarding the completion of my job. It is very clear that he didn't care what the final product looked like and the lack of care in detail and clean up should be embarrassing to any company. My next step is taking legal action. If you want a job done correctly with follow up and proper communication, I would suggest you look elsewhere.

All pro service did a remodel for us , everything turned out really nice! The contractors who did the work were absolutely amazing and those young men work hard! I believe it is important to have an open line of communication with your clients, As they grow 1 do hope to see that a foreman is hired to take that off of the owners plate! overall the job was done very well! Don't hesitate if you want trustworthy work done!

The painter was a sub-contractor to All Pro Services. The quote we agreed to with All Pro showed work that the painter did not agree with so constant renegotiations occurred throughout the project. Painter did not allow enough time to complete the quoted job so had to paint late at night to be able to meet their next scheduled job. The painter painted the entire interior of the house with a 9" mini-roller using a paint tray so work seemed time consuming. Would not use a ladder, so all high work was done with an extension handle including a brush attachment for the trim work. Coverage was adequate but several places on the ceiling were missed altogether. Did not provide their own drop cloths. All Pro owner and sub-contractor were very nice people but skill-wise the painter was not what we consider to be a professional painter. All Pro inspected the job and saw the problem areas and said they would call the painter back again if we wanted him to. We chose to redo ceiling areas and some of the trim errors ourselves.
