"Evan Eason and his Emerald Edge Construction Team did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job renovating my 3,000SF rental property. Evan provided a wide-range of construction services that included popcorn ceiling removal, dry-wall, painting, plumbing, tile work, cabinet installation/construction, and detailed trim work such as the buildout of a staircase (balusters, handrails, and trim). The only other vendors I employed were flooring and electrical. Further, Evan and his team of experts were exceptional problem solvers. Within my renovation project, Evan's work included the installation of all new custom kitchen cabinetry that took 12 weeks to procure. Within the process, the supplier delivered a wholly wrong sized kitchen sink base cabinet. Evan and his team responded by drawing out a "to scale" schematic of what was needed to fix the issue, procured the necessary piece/parts to reconstruct the sink base cabinet, and transitioned the newly constructed cabinet nicely with the other base cabinets. Without the Emerald Edge Master Cabinet Maker skillset of one of his employees, the renovation project would have been severely delayed. To summarize, Emerald Edge Construction was cost effective and completed the project on-time. Evan Eason, is attentive to the construction details and a pleasure to work with. I could not be happier with the end result of this Briargate "High End" renovation project!"

"I hired this company to build a new deck in the beginning of July. It is now the middle of September and my deck is still not finished. While the time frame is not completely their fault due to material delivery they wouldn’t show up for days at a time when material was available to work with. There were times they would show up and only stay for a couple hours. The whole process was a nightmare. Their lack of quality shows in all areas of the deck. I drafted the plans myself and they were approved by the building department. I provided them with copies of the plans. They messed up 4 of the 5 concrete piers because they measured them wrong. Instead of redoing them. They poured square pads over them that were only poured on the surface for three of them. One of the outside piers was supposed to be 10 inches. They messed up the measurement then poured a 16 inch pier over it that is approximately 1.5 ft above ground. They also cut a sprinkler line that went through the pier instead of pouring over it like I explained to them. I had to replace one piece of siding that met with the deck. I bought matching siding to replace it. The workers broke the siding while moving it. They bought new siding that was cheaper and did not match the existing siding. They additional broke off another small piece of siding that was not fixed. They left material all throughout my yard for weeks, leading to my grass dying and my sprinklers unable to work because they were covered up. Nails and screws were everywhere until I picked them up. The posts were cut short for the railing, so they nailed pieces of extensions on top of the posts. They messed up fastener spots for the rails leaving holes in the railing. They originally used screws for the framing. They had to be replaced with nails even telling them before they started nails had to be used and it was in the plans from the building department as well. They used facia board for the steps until I explained to them what the facia boards were for. Leading me to be short on facia boards for the rest of the deck. They also started the deck flooring using a facia board, realized the mistake and replaced. But at that point the facia board could not be used elsewhere as it was notched for posts. I bought flashing for the ledger that was never used. When I questioned them about it he stated the siding and ledger were already put on. The quality of work was below average at best. They cut corners and I found it very concerning I had to explain to them parts of building a deck."

"Danny came out promptly to give a quote. It was reasonable and we scheduled a time. Little mixup with concrete provider because of a holiday so project was moved from Saturday to Monday (no big deal). Showed up on Monday and quickly got forms up and poured. Looks great and will save me a lot of driveway jockeying in the future. Would use Mountain Views again!"
