"Carlos and his team are truly fantastic! They have helped us a number of times on a rental property we own over the last few years. They are extremely skilled, reliable and trustworthy (we just leave him a key). They offer tremendous value while still bringing an artists eye to common interior/exterior house painting challenges (color matching old paint, repairing wall damage and surfaces etc.). And this is a challenging 100 year old Victorian House (plaster walls, lathing, weird corners etc.). They were kind and caring when the initial house springtime visit/consult was scheduled in the middle of some family issues and rescheduled (and sent a caring card to me). They worked with me later in the fall to get a great discount, even though I was removing a pergola in the back which wouldn't be completed by paint day. I also decided some woodwork needed to be replaced so they came back, replaced the wood beautifully (and recommended a better use of the new board to replace some front pieces as well), painted both the new woodwork and the boards where the pergola was removed. They even helped install some post ends and painted them. The house looks magnificent and all my neighbors have commented on how great it looks.
