Did a great job. Furniture and items were protected. No dust when we returned. Showed up on time, completed when promised. We were out of town while the work was done - all went as planned.

This is the second time I've hired A Quality Paint Job (AQPJ). Like the first time, it went very well. Ben, Brian and Tony worked the job and did EXCELLENT work. We encountered an increase in the original work expected once Ben had the first windows off and we could fully see the scope of the painting needed. This was brought to my attention and a quick discussion and quote adjustment with Tony and the job proceeded smoothly. I really appreciate that AQPJ has attention to detail and they work with you to understand any issues that come up. My personal past experience with other painting companies suggest that often the job estimated is the job done, right or wrong. AQPJ will work with you to understand if there was an increase in job scope, why there might have been, and their prices were reasonable with the change. I can't say enough good things about working with them. I will definitely hire them back for future painting jobs. They've earned my trust.

I pulled estimates from six different companies including two that I had used in the past. Tony from A Quality Paint Job (AQPJ) came out and did the estimate. He walked me through all the details of what it would take and the process they would use to accomplish the job. After getting all my estimates, the previous companies I had worked with (who use subcontract crews) were over 1500 higher each than AQPJ. I did have other estimates from companies more similar to AQPJ and that showed me AQPJ was in the right ballpark price-wise with what I was looking for. I worked with Regina on signing the estimate (conveniently via scanning and email) and they worked with a couple date changes I had to make due to work. Once the schedule was set, they arrived on the start date requested and the job took 4 days with an estimate of 3-5 days. Tony, Ben and Brian were the painters that did the work and they are EXCELLENT! I worked most with Tony and he kept me informed of the work they were doing including all the details on the trim repair and the process of the painting. I am extremely happy with the work Tony and his team did. I have already asked for a couple addition estimates on painting that I hadn't planned to even consider this year but their work was so good that I don't hesitate to ask them about more. Oh, and I should mention that Regina kept us informed during and at the end of the job about about the job status. I felt this was excellent pro-active communication from the company and also adds to my confidence in asking them about more work. Thanks!

As a rule, we do not complete surveys. However, the service and value we received from A Quality Paint Job was so exceptional that we want to recommend them as a superior choice. Regina was very helpful about scheduling and answering any questions, and we quickly got an appointment for an estimate. Greg arrived right on time and we received the formal estimate / contract via email the same day. We knew there was a lot of drywall repair to be done. Greg assured us his drywall repairman (Dan) was top notch, and he was right. Dan did an amazing job! He is professional and a perfectionist and we are extremely pleased with his work. The painters (Tony, Ben, and Brian) were also fantastic. Everyone was always on time, courteous, efficient, and the cleanup was thorough. It was obvious they take great pride in their work, and the overall quality of the job is excellent. Any flaws (all very minor) that we noticed were fixed promptly. Greg made several visits during the project to check progress, and made sure everything was completed to his high standards. We had put off painting for a long time, thinking it would be too expensive and too much hassle. We are happy to report that Greg proved us wrong on both counts. We will definitely hire A Quality Paint Job for any future painting we get done.

These guys did a great job. Very responsive to phone calls. They were careful and the job was clean. The owner did a walkthrough with us the next day and took care of any missed spots. In all it was a good experience.

Ethan and Rob came to the house to do the work.  They did a fabulous job.  They were neat, thorough, and enjoyable to be around.  They stayed late on the last day to completely finish the job.  Regina was available via phone to help with any questions I had.  My home was transformed into something I had only dreamed about for more than 15 years.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was the second job I hired Greg for.  He had just completed painting the interior of the house I had purchased and was now painting a few interior walls that needed it in the house I just moved out of and was selling.  When he had initially come in to give me a bid, he looked the house over and told me "you don't need to paint this whole house - maybe just a few walls."  I was actually speechless.  He just turned down about $5000!  That is the kind of integrity that Greg has.  Once I moved out he came back over and we were able to get a better idea of which walls or rooms had to be painted and he worked very hard to match the paint as close as possible.  At one point when they were nearly finished and I had stopped by to check on the progress, Greg also happened to be there for the same reason.  I was completely stressed out and he asked what was wrong.  I told him that I wasn't sure what to do with all the baseboards in this house because they looked awful but I didn't have the time or energy to stain them.  He said without hesitation, "let us do it for you."  I don't even know if that is something his company ever does, but I think I thanked him about 50 times and told him "I don't care how much it costs."  I said that knowing he would never, ever take advantage of me (I was recently widowed and still dealing with the grief, not to mention the stress of remodeling two homes, moving and selling my home of 19 years)  Greg most definitely quoted me an extremely fair price and the work Ethan and Rob (?) did on the baseboards was so awesome they looked nearly brand new!  My house sold within 3 weeks!

I also had a giant area rug hanging on the upper wall of a vaulted ceiling and wasn't sure how I was ever going to get it down.   It is extremely large, VERY heavy and very high up!  Greg told me that after the house goes under contract to call him and they would come take it down for me free of charge.  Now THAT is service above and beyond and that is what Greg and his company are all about.  I HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely hire them for any future painting needs!

I am recently widowed, had just purchased a new home and Greg literally took me under his wing from the first moment we met.  Not only did he and his team do the most awesome paint job I have ever seen, he and Ethan (main painter) went above and beyond for me on numerous occasions.  They helped out with other minor projects I needed help with around my new home (for free), Ethan helped me load and unload new appliances from my pickup on more than one occasion, and when I hit a point that I was so overwhelmed with decisions and couldn't make another one I asked Greg to just choose the garage paint color for me and he did.  I completely trusted his judgment.  The previous owner had done a horrific job on an accent wall in the kitchen and painted up into the ceiling.  Greg made phone calls till he contacted the original painter from when the house was built 13 years ago.  He was able to get the exact paint color and just touch up the spots without having to repaint the whole ceiling - saving me a LOT of money!  Greg even offered to install my new dishwasher for free, just to help me out.  I can't say enough positive things about this company.  He is the best in character, professionalism and has a really big heart too!

We chose this company based on recommendations from several friends who had had painting done by them, and whose standards are very high, and now we understand and agree with their evaluations. We had the job done in two steps, with the main level done in May, and the lower level in June. Because the ceilings and trim are in good shape, we only had the walls done.
Robert was our head painter on both jobs, and we couldn't have been more pleased, both with his painting and with his character. I can't say enough nice things about him! He did the vast majority of the work, with two other painters coming in to do some rolling. He helped with some paint matching and consideration of other colors when I rethought some choices, and was always helpful. He was here for a total of about 8 full days, and we were very comfortable leaving him alone in the house for extended periods of time while we ran errands and went to appointments.

My front door was very messed up from the heat and they had to sand the door, fill and paint with two coats of paint.

They also painted the trim on the garage door.  Did a good job.  I was pleased and will refer.

It went well.  The only suggestion I would give would be for Gregg the owner to maybe come around a little more often to inspect the work.

I got 7 estimates.  I know that's excessive, but I decided to keep getting estimates until I felt sure of a choice.  Four of the estimates were within $85 of each other (one of these was A Quality Paint Job) - average $572.  Two were almost $400 more, and one was $1915.  These estimates did not include the office ceiling (a last minute decision my husband talked me into - and I'm glad he did) or painting the stairway wall (which it became apparent we needed after the initial painting).  AND one of the group of four didn't include the paint.
I was very impressed with Greg's professionalism and enthusiasm.  He communicates well and often.  Regina, who schedules the painters, is also very responsive.  Greg sent Rob and Eric and they were here all day one day.  Did a beautiful job.  Extremely neat and tidy.  Very polite.  Greg called the next day to see how things went and when I said I could see the change in the color on the accent wall connecting with the stairway wall, he came out to see for himself.  We agreed the whole wall should be painted, the stairway and the part that we originally contracted to have painted.
I used to do my own painting, but hated it.  From now on, I'll use A Quality Paint Job.

We wanted to have our home painted and called around to get estimates. We had contacted 5 different companies and only received 3 estimates. A Quality Paint Job was one that actually took the time and submitted our estimate just like the owner, Greg, said he would. We decided to hire them to do the work. Unfortunately, weather dictates the crews schedule! But as soon as the weather looked like it would cooperate, Regina called from the company to let us know they would be starting the work. Our 1977 home had not been painted since we bought it 9 years ago and needed a face lift. The crew showed up and got busy. They power washed the entire house, scraped and caulked around all the windows and doors, and primed in spots that needed it.  They also replaced part of the house's "belly band" that had rotted, tore off a door frame that needed replacing, and put up a new piece of fascia that had warped. They then masked off the areas and were ready to spray our beautiful new color on the body of our home. They returned again to paint the trim using brushes and making sure not to get the lighter trim color onto the house. They brushed 2 coats onto the trim and gutters. The crew was so polite and respectful. On the last day they were working, I was unable to be home because I had a pet emergency but I felt the crew manager, Eric, and one other member was so trustworthy, I left my home open for them to paint the doors while I was away. My feeling was correct.....they WERE trustworthy and did exactly what I asked of them. We absolutely LOVE the color of our home and they did an excellent job. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND A Quality Paint Job to anyone who wants a trustworthy, reliable, respectful company.

I got 2 bids for this job and Greg at A Quality Paint Job beat the other painter by $1500 so I went him .  It was a pleasure to work with Greg and the painters he sent over to do the job. Greg was super easy to work with.  He's a genuinely friendly and nice guy and he really cares about the satisfaction of the client.  He always answered my texts or calls promptly.  The various painters who did the work were always here on time, were professional and courteous.  We had a deadline to get the work done and they did their absolute best to meet it.  They were here on weekends and one night until past 10pm to get the work done.  I would do business with Greg at A Quality Paint Job again!!

Overall very satisfied with Greg and his team. They started promptly and even though it took longer then both of us expected Greg kept to his word and finished the house. I added a few items on and Greg was very fair in doing the job and didn't charge a arm and leg for the add on. there were a few quality items that had to be re-done but they came back and finished those without complaint.

I had A Quality Paint Job paint a large part of the interior
of my home during a remodel in early 2012.
I was very pleased with them and would definitely recommend them.  I think their prices are competitive and the
quality of work was very good.  A team of
two men worked together, showed up consistently on time and worked long hours
to get the large job done on time.  They
took great care to cover everything and contain any mess.  They painted a 20 foot cathedral ceiling for
me with no trouble.  We have textured
walls and all color transitions are perfectly straight lines with no
bleed.  Trim work is perfect.  All in all I have been very pleased with the
job.  Additionally, the two men who
worked here were very friendly and pleasant to have in my home for the 4-day
job.
