Monte provided a professional experience which was well communicated from the estimate through final cleanup. The baseboards, ceilings, and walls looked fabulous while allowing normal daily household's activities to occur simultaneously. Great crew, certainly will use again.

Monte and his guy's were the absolute best in every aspect!!! They were always on time, cleaned at the end of each day and kept me informed on what to expect every step of the way. I had the entire interior of my home painted, walls, ceilings, baseboards, cabinets, closets, bookcases and risers on wooden staircase. I was given suggestions on colors that were new and updated. Monte is amazing! He researched the best paint on the market for today's lifestyle. The European paint he chose has the highest ratings for durability and the matte finish I was looking for. He is meticulous in his preparation prior to primer and painting. He estimated his time perfectly and completed on time. I have engaged Mr Perez on other occasions for interior painting and his work is perfect! I have recommended him to several friends and clients and we all have the same professional experience.

Everything went GREAT. Monty and his crew were here when he said he would be on time each day. Worked hard all day and left everything cleaned up at the end of day. Was very professional and very efficient. His crew moved all the heavy furniture. I've never seen someone so thorough. He is a man of his word, and when I need more paint work done, he will be my only contact. Do not hesitate to give him a call. Also, his price was very reasonable. Far better than the other contacts.

Excellent. Monte and his crew were terrific. The job took 6 days and they were prompt, courteous and hardworking from beginning to end. They were extremely detailed and meticulous - you can tell that they truly take pride in their work. All door and hardware were removed and spray painted for a very nice finish. Trim was also spray painted for a very nice finish. For all other surfaces the paint was rolled on. Monte gave daily updates on where we were with the job and what was next on the list. It was very important that we were satisfied with the job (and we were!). They were not the least expensive but it was well worth the cost. There attention to detail was very important to me and their prep work was excellent. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Monte and his crew.  We were given a very clear and thorough estimate.  They arrived as scheduled, and worked continuously while in our home.  They were all very professional and courteous.  Great attention to detail, and good clean up afterward.  Monte was very responsive and helpful.  He kept me apprised of their progress and work plan throughout the process, and was very receptive to my questions and requests.  I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

They painted ceilings, walls, doors and trim and did an absolutely fabulous job. Monte is very professional in his approach to painting.  He was responsive to questions or concerns about my paint colors and choices.  He and his crew were prompt. They were methodical in their prep work making sure all surfaces not to be painted were protected.  And when they finished the job they cleaned up thoroughly and moved furniture back into place. Oh, and just as important, his pricing for services was very favorable.  I would not hesitate to recommend MRP Painting to anyone who is looking for a great interior painter.

Monte and his team were nothing short of fantastic to work with. From the estimating process through help with color selections and the actual painting the job was outstanding. He and his crew were very professional, neat in the job site and the result made us feel like it was a brand new home. Monte worked with us on a very time constrained schedule to ensure our daughter could move in as planned. I wouldn't hesitate to hire MPR for any painting of any size job.

We were happy with the service they performed. One painter came out and it took him half a day. He painted a bedroom and a bathroom. They supplied the paint too and they did a great job. We plan to use them in the future.

Monte was amazing.  He was by far the most professional painter I spoke to.  He had suggestions on the type of paint to buy and why I should choose that type.  He had very good communication with me while scheduling.  He gave a very fair quote and finished the entire job in 1 day!  Edges and lines were perfect.  I would use Monte again over and over when I need painting done.  

We solicited 3 bids for the painting job. Of the three, Monte's was the most realistic for us as it included furniture and artwork moving and restoring. Monte was far and away the most enthusiastic and had a very good handle on the work: walls, ceiling and trim. Price was competitive and not the principle reason for our decision. After we selected MRP, we called them and Monte gave us a date approximately a month in the future and said he would contact us when we got closer to the date. Monte also gave us some useful ideas on color selecting.  Near the expected date, Monte called and said that his current job was running long, and set us for the following Monday. This was a slip of 2 days and not unreasonable, though it did rough up my work schedule a little.
When the day arrived, Monte and crew appeared on time to the minute and began to set up. I never saw any of the crew slow down. This is one hard working bunch of people. They came on time all three days and with a minimum of fuss got to painting. They were everywhere at once, it seemed. Trim was done in one part of the house, walls and ceiling in another, prep and cleanup in a third. It was amazing to witness.
The paint is lovely, and we are so glad we had it done, and we are mostly happy with MRP's job.
There was one thing that kept this from being straight-A report. There was a bit of carelessness in the non-painting parts of the job. There were some odd paint spots and streaks missed during the cleanup. For example we now have white thumbprints on the screen door latches, the laundry room sink has some paint on the drain plug, there were some mystery sticky spots on the new kitchen floor and so on. As things were moved and replaced, some were put back out of place. An extension cord was not plugged back in, and as a very heavy bookcase is in front of the outlet, we no longer have a practical way to use that outlet. This may be the result of a cramped schedule or new crew member.
There was nothing serious enough to call MRP out to make it right, it was just enough to slightly impair the good feeling from the beautiful paint job.

Our experience with Monte and his crew was fantastic.  They painted our
main living area rooms including some woodwork.  They were timely,
responsive, extremely professional and produced an absolutely beautiful
outcome.  We have received so many compliments on the quality of the
work from our admiring friends.  We are so pleased with the work that we
are having Monte come back after the first of the year to paint all the
remaining woodwork, a job I wouldn't trust with anyone but him.

He is off the chart! He is so good. His price was good. I liked his professionalism. When I was looking for a painter, I had a lady come out and she recommended two people to me. MRP had the best price.  I have recommended him to five our six other people and they loved the work that he did. His staff is very respectful of your home. They are meticulous and careful. I wouldn't use anybody else.
