"I left Barefoot Decks a message and did not get a return call. Called again and got a hold of I believe the man's name was John. We talked and he had me send a picture of my deck. He said he would talk to someone about the work I wanted done and would call me back....haven't heard back from him. I don't understand this type of behavior....if one is too busy to take on another job or isn't interested in the job that one wants done then just say so and both parties can move on. I've read some other reviews and it sounds like they do good work but this type of apathetic customer service isn't cool. Sorry to have to give them an "F" but that's the good thing about Angie's List....you get to hear from real people and their experiences with the companies listed on the site."

"Absolutely the best customer service ever! Friendly, knowledgable, good value, on time and on budget. Did a terrific job removing three trees and planing new. Went so far as to move a couple bushes that were in the way of the new plantings. Did all the work by hand to avoid buried utilities and cleaned up everything perfecfly at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend them for any kind of landscape work, terrific trimming and removal, planing, fencing, etc. Two brothers and their father with a terrific crew of hard working experts. And safe as well, with all the protection gear necessary. I can't say enough good about this terrific company. Just call Daniel for an estimate! "

He also helped me out by hauling some items to the dump which got them out of my garage long before the "large item pickup" would have enabled me to do so.
