With my crew and I, we can pretty much handle all tasks. Minimal service call is about $250. Estimates are FREE! For example, I will not come out to change a light bulb or hang up one set of Blinds. On the other hand if you have me paint your entire room, I am happy to change out a few light bulbs for FREE for you. Please have a job or jobs of value for us to take care of. No job is to big! Other cost factors include your location, the type of siding (e.g., wood, aluminum, brick, stucco, etc.), and the kind of paint (e.g. oil-based, latex, acrylic, etc.). Painting the trim a different color or painting intricately designed trim can also increase the cost.
