My deck needed a complete overhaul due to rotting wood and poor infrastructure that was also not to code. His crew is honest and hard working (who works until 6pm on a Friday anymore!) - both of which are very tough to find. Last but not least, at the end of each work day the crew cleaned up, swept, and hauled away materials. "Mitch and partner, Bill, repaired and refinished our two redwood decks. Although the initial estimate was based on refinishing and some very minor repairs, the decks, upon closer inspection required more extensive repair due to ledger board rot. Mitch and Bill explained the safety reasons for the additional ledger support and kept us posted throughout the process. The cost, due to the more extensive repairs, was reasonable, and the life of the decks was extended sufficiently to allow us to budget for replacement in the future.
