When they unloaded at the destination, they pointed out that one item (the leaf for my dining table) had been chipped and offered to have it fixed. (I declined, because it was on the underside of the leaf and I knew it could easily be fixed with some wood glue.) The fact that they pointed it out, when it would have been months before I noticed (if ever) speaks volumes about their integrity and professionalism!"
