The crew was extremely gracious, worked well as a team, and took extra care to not damage our backyard. And when the job was done, they took more time to restore our landscaping so that you can't even tell a backhoe was in our backyard! My wife and I highly recommend this company!"

"My water heater had gone out and called and called around trying to get quotes and big company’s were trying to schedule in person quotes which I know is a strong arm to get the work done then and there because they are already at your house ect. But with Behold I had a personal direct text from them asking about my situation and all I had to do was give some info send in pictures and voilà! They gave me their quote(2300$) which also beat all the company’s(3k$+) I had heard from! They had a tech out to me ASAP. It almost could’ve been same day but I was in no rush. "On a Monday morning, we woke up to a flooded basement bathroom floor. We called a few highly recommended Angie's List contractors, and James and his son were able to squeeze us in on Tuesday morning between appointments. They called 30 minutes before they arrived to inform us they were on their way. Once they arrived, they worked diligently to identify where the leak originated. They carefully removed only one tile from our basement bathroom shower to repair a cracked pipe in the wall under our kitchen. Once repaired, it was determined there were two more cracked pipes in the wall. They spent the better part of an hour identifying the leaks and where in the wall the cracked pipes were located. Again, they carefully cut discreet holes in the wall to repair the pipes. They recommend we have our pipes snaked to clear out any blockage and referred us to gentleman that was able to come the same afternoon. The snake he brought was 25 feet, and we were now experiencing some slight leakage under the kitchen sink. James texted us that evening to see how it went. We told him, and he said he would stop by in the morning to check everything again. After several tests of the dishwasher, full sinks, etc., it was fixed. Whatever was caught in the pipe was gone. We decided to have our main line scoped just to be safe. James said we didn't need to and recommend we cancel our appointment, but referred us to a reputable company anyway. The scope was clear, but the gentleman recommended we have our clean out replaced. My husband decided to replace the cap instead and texted James to discuss his plan to do so. James and my husband have been texting for the past few days to ensure all is well with the pipes and the cap. James and his son are incredibly thorough and follow up on their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have pipe/plumbing repairs. Thanks!"

"Viking had serviced my furnaces and air conditioners in the past. Price was a little high but work was satisfactory. This year, I called four times and used their web site over a six week period to try to schedule a service appointment for the air conditioners. Although I was always told their scheduler would get back to me they never did. A big waste of my time and past money trying to establish a service relationship I could count on. I gave them a "D": rather than an "F" as their call service at least answered all though that was it."
