Beware of this business! They are crooks! They were great when they were privately owned, but have gone very rapidly downhill since being acquired by a larger company. Customer service is completely gone and they are out for your money. We had a very scary tech named Cameron, who literally frightened both me and my daughter. He had to be accompanied back over because he was unable to assess the problem. The first time he came out. He was very angry having been called out on a weekend and he wanted to make sure we knew it. The second time he came, he told me that he “blew something up.” Tracey, the manager was very unhelpful and will not let me speak to an owner. They sent a different tech out and he said that I need a brand new $15,000 system for a house that is seven years old. So now, they will not even refund the amount of their initial consultation in which they were unable to diagnose things. If they think they are getting $15,000 for me, they are mistaken. I have contacted my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. Horrible.

As usual, I received tip-top service and either resolution or a scheduled return visit. I have used Coffman and Company for over 25 years and a major move and without hesitation, recommend them for your heating and air conditioning and general plumbing needs. They do it all. Our latest service was provided by Corban a very thorough and patient man.

The twice-per-year visit to keep up the warranty on our system, which Coffman installed in 2020, went flawlessly, just like every other interaction with the company. Great very professional and left things clean

Coffman and Co. service representatives came out to assess our failing AC system on the weekend and advised replacement of our 27 year old equipment rather than attempting a repair. They assessed our needs and wants, wrote up an estimate and performed the work within less than a week of our initial call for service. They were professional, thorough and very polite. They cleaned up and left our home as tidy as when they came. I would definitely hire them again.

I highly recommend Coffman & Company, because they are an honest company that offers fair pricing and quality workmanship. I recently had my furnace and AC replaced. I received estimates from four different companies. Jake from Coffman & Company was the only one who identified modifications that needed to be made to my utility closet, in order to close off and secure the cold air return for the furnace. Jake reported that bringing the utility closet up to code would be a standard part of the work. Additionally, the price of replacing my furnace and AC was very fair, and Coffman and Company took care of all of the paperwork I needed to take advantage of XCEL Energy rebates that I qualified for (The cost of service listed below excludes $1100 that I received in XCEL Energy rebates). I am very impressed with the work I had done and am very happy with my new furnace and AC. I highly recommend this company.

I have been using them since about 1980. They know what they're doing. It's A for everything. Of course I will use them in the future.

I had to have them come back, it was crooked and the guy put it back together. They did send the guy right back. They were very professional.

Evidently, they must have done something right because I continue to use them.

They come out twice a year. I usually pay 200 and something dollars for them to do the air conditioning and the heating. They usually come out twice a year.  I have never had any problems with them. I have been using them for at least 5 to 7 years.

They're fine. I've used them for years to service my furnace and once I get the guy that I ask for, he does a great job for me every year that's why I keep doing business with them is because he does such a good job. He fixed it in time and it was great the rest of the year.
