Viking Inc. Heating, A/C & Misc. Plumbing, Inc.

Viking had serviced my furnaces and air conditioners in the past. Price was a little high but work was satisfactory. This year, I called four times and used their web site over a six week period to try to schedule a service appointment for the air conditioners. Although I was always told their scheduler would get back to me they never did. A big waste of my time and past money trying to establish a service relationship I could count on. I gave them a "D": rather than an "F" as their call service at least answered all though that was it.

Great! went down to my basement to find water of the floor. Called Viking, they put in my air conditioner last summer. They came out and took a look and both unites were leaking. They removed the leaking heaters and installed the new ones that afternoon. I highly recommend them. Family owned and it shows in the quality of their work!

Would absolutely hire again.

Anthony was super efficient, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, got to work, made sure furnace was operating properly; said he'd return if there was a problem. Have good vibes as in past being a senior was over-charged by other contractors. I will definitely recommend Viking to any other condo owners in my area for their needs. Thank you.

Service gentelman was very experienced, showed my husband a few things to be aware of, cleaned two furnance units and checked out both units, replaced filters, made suggestions regarding filter use and frequency of changing.
I had contacted this service after reviewing business on Angie's List and Yelp.  When I initially contacted them, I let a message, and no one contacted me till the next day.  I called them back and after another day was finally able to speak with a person who could schedule the appointment.  The schedular told me they were all on a big job but she could possible get someone over in the next day or two.  I told here I was in no hurry and could wait so we scheduled for a week later at 9:00am.  On the scheduled day the serviceman arrived at 10:30 a m.  I thought they were probably not coming as I had never received a confirmation call the day prior or a call indicating the serviceman would be delayed.  We were very pleased with the actual service and would use this company again but I would suggest they be a bit more customer focused regarding confirmation of appointments and timeliness or at least contacting with a window of time or if they will be late.

The Viking professional was friendly, informative and very thorough. He checked and cleaned the boiler, inspected thermostats and piping. The service and cost were excellent. We will definitely continue to use Viking for all our boiler and water heater needs. We highly recommend this company.

Went well

Last time he was out - I noticed our furnace was not operating so I called them after hours.  The answering service said they would page a technician and I'd hear back within the hour.  I didn't actually hear back from them but I've used them in the past and knew the quality of work they did.  I called back the answering service and they notified "a manager".  Shortly after, Scott called me back and he determined the problem over the phone.  Within a half hour, he was at my house and had the furnace running in about 15 minutes.  The problem was the igniter in the furnace had gone out.

Only company that returned my call within minutes when I called.  Others called me two days later after work was done.  Our AC was not blowing cold air hardly and they came out checked evething and said the only thing that was wrong was dirtly furnace filter, and the outside box was clogged and dirty from blowing cottonwood trees cotton and other debris in the air that got into the box.  We really thought that we need more freeon and that maybe our compressor was going out, and it all checked out working perfectly and no freeon was needed cause it was still full and everything was in great working order.  They were very honest and I will definitely call them again for all heating, cooling and plumbing needs.
