"Scheduled an appointment Ric came out right on time. Super professional and went over everything that would take place, Ric did all the measurements and went over the costs for a new window well. Ric made sure to keep in great contact with us and update us when they would inspect for gas, electrical and other lines that might surround our window well, once everything was cleared they showed up exactly on the scheduled time and completed the work very quickly. "BBCI showed up on-time, did the dirty work and wrapped up on-time. The workers were cordial. The work itself is very dirty and there was a lot of mud. We are still finding broken glass in the mud but given the work to remove an old iron window and the rain/mud at the time, it’s understandable but unfortunate. The crew also removed 2 large juniper bushes which was AWESOME! I’ll definitely recommend this company to anyone I know asking about egress window work."

"DMD did an amazing job from start to finish. Lindsey was our sales person. She came out 3 times before we hired them to do the work. She was prompt, patient and professional. She gave us lots of good ideas on which type of windows we should put where. We did Pella windows and Anderson doors. All of which are great quality and look beautiful. She worked with us through the entire project, answering questions and even coming to the house a couple times to trouble shoot. The install team, Eric and a couple other guys, did an equally amazing job. They were also prompt, courteous and professional. They cleaned up every day and were very respectful of our time and our home. There were a couple punch list items at the end of the job. Mike came out and fixed things right away. It took a couple visits but they communicated through the whole process and let us know what to expect. There was even an issue with scratches on one of the sliders. None of us knew how they got there. Lindsey took care of it and got us new glass installed at no cost to us. Very good customer service and communication throughout our entire experience with DMD. I would use them again and have referred them to several friends and neighbors. I was very appreciative to have worked with them on what could have been a stressful project!"
