"Excellent experience with this company from the first call to schedule a bid to the final inspection. It was clear when we first called the Egress INC office that this company offers superior customer services. The women we spoke with on our initial call to schedule an appointment were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They gave an overview of the bidding process and a gross estimate of the costs. The owner came out to provide a very detailed estimate and provided a potential timeline. Again, clearly knowledgeable and very professional individual. There was no high pressure sales, but instead a detailed explanation of the company, its employees and the work. We immediately felt a sense of reassurance that the work would be completed by experts. The installation team was equally professional, polite, pleasant and extremely respectful of our home. Prior to each day of work we were fully informed of the schedule and work to be preformed. all work was completed on time and, in fact, a day ahead of the original schedule. The office staff did a great job of keeping us informed of the county inspection schedule, including a follow up call to make sure all had gone well. The inspector commented that the job was well done. A few days later we had another basement remodeling professional out for a quote on finishing our basement. He commented that the job was well done and that he often needs egress window installs on his projects and asked for Egress INC contact information. Without hesitation we highly recommend Egress INC. "The whole process from estimate to completion took about a month.  There was a week delay on the window but otherwise they got down to work and were there every day working their tails off.  The screen on my sliding glass door was damaged and they had it and two other torn screens repaired even though I told them I wasn't entirely sure they had damaged the other two.  There was some slight frustration around communication - I had difficulty communicating with the crew and so used email to relay issues to Ernest.  Those communications did not always get results, but the end result was that it cost them time and materials which they gladly gave.  They had a different crew do the gutters and overall they did an excellent job as well.  One exception was that they put a downspout in the wrong location, but, again, it was moved without any hesitation.  The cleanup was stellar.  I lost a few plants in my yard but they were up against the house and unavoidable.  Otherwise, there was very little evidence that they were ever there except for my gorgeous newly sided home.
In my 24 years as a homeowner, I have never had such a pleasant and uncomplicated experience with a service company.  Truly, these guys are golden!!  I felt listened to and respected, and was witness to some truly dedicated and hard working guys.  Definitely, get some other estimates so when you ultimately go with GS you can relish what an amazing deal you got!"
