He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. So the hard drive was replaced and Michael did restored the necessary programs, etc. on the new hard drive. In addition, he answered all the questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some valuable advice. An hourly rate was a bit high but considering the work he did to help me to run the computer efficiently, it was worth it."
